Reg the centering of the xray - it should be medial border of the clavicle rather than the lateral border of the clavicle
Yes it should b medial / sternal border
In the rotation part of the xray , for identifying if xray is well centered or not, some mistakes has been made in the video,
the clavicle's lateral part or acromial end covering distance to the spinous process in the midline i e corresponding vertebrae should have difference between two sides of the clavicle in their distance.

Why pathology report are never trusted by other hospitals. All insists on X-ray, pathology report from same hospital or prescribed pathology labs. Because investigation aren't exemption from adultrations. Actual knowledge can't make anyone rich faster.
