Holly, I couldn’t find them either (or the wire wreath forms lol) in my dollar trees but I found them one day on the BOTTOM SHELF where you usually find the moss and stones. They were always there, I just never saw them. I hope you stumble across them some day. I have made a lot of awesome things with them. They have the wide ones that look like a tiny tree trunk and then ones that are almost identical that are longer and thinner so they remind me of branches of a tree. Good luck. I always love everything you create!

Absolutely love the Kirklands dupe!! Dollar tree has little pallets, two different sizes, that would work perfectly for this project. I just picked up 4 of them the other day. I think it would be a little smaller than the one you made but it would look nice on a tier tray. Also love the acorn. I would love to make a mini version of that, maybe with a plastic Easter egg, for my tier tray. Hmmmm! Thanks for sharing these great ideas!! 🍁🍂

Colored pencils are great. If you want to smooth then use a Qtip and the smallest amount of baby oil and rub over the colored pencil till you get the look you want
Hot Humble Pie Use the Q-tip with baby oil on the colored pencil on the paper or whatever you have used the color pencil on. It takes a little practice but it makes a very pretty effect.
These were great....i am ALWAYS so pleasantly surprised !!! I love them all but the acorn is my favorite. I'm gonna try to hunt down the coconuts . Im also gonna try them with pinecone pieces and jute as well..wish me luck. The open pumpkins...I have tons of bottle caps. I was thinking maybe I'll fill them with a little foam board to make them full and flat and try that as an option for recycling..instead of the checker pieces. Glad we have the spatula mystery decoded...LOL I looked in every dollar tree. I ended up Using one of their pink tools that had like an angled end on it from the crafters section. It's silicone and so you can pull the glue off. Yes , your price for the rope is cheaper but only by pennies...so shipping costs could make it more expensive. The decision people would have to make is ..if they have Amazon prime do they get free delivery? or do they not need as much and just a simple trip to Walmart for a 100' will do them. I think it's great that people are given the opportunity to Be given other ideas by a crafter instead of just " floating through the wind " so to speak . Helping and encouraging each other makes the whole crafting arena even more special !! Hats off to you my friend you have inspired me yet once again ! Lord help me, not sure if i can keep up..lol Note... If you're in a crafting group and you know that you want something and you can't find it in your stores.... you can go online and order it and have it sent to your Dollar Tree store and not pay shipping and handling. I don't think you have to buy the whole case but if you do and it doesn't come in big bulks , for a group of you together would it be like buying 1 or 2 packs... But even if you would use the whole case of a product , I still would have it shipped to the store so you don't have to pay for shipping and handling. Hope that helps !

I wanted to help people! I don’t belong to a crafting group, but that sounds really fun and I wish I did! Are they a group where you meet in person and craft, or are they a group on a social network? So far the Dollar Tree has very little online you can buy individually. I just ordered some nautical route from them, and had it sent to my local store, but a lot of the really wonderful things you have to buy in huge amounts, which just isn’t practical. They told me I can buy it and return all of it except for what I need, and get store credit. They said people do that all the time, and I suppose because I do this on UA-cam that might work (unless I start to get more credit than I use). I think they would make a ton of money if they sold things individually online, but I noticed the administrative part of DT doesn’t make very good business decisions. For example, they don’t stock the hot items for crafters in every single DT that has a Crafters Square section. I read they were just about to file bankruptcy and then along came all these wonderful UA-cam Dollar Tree creators, and saved the day. Literally! You would think they would watch the videos and make sure every single DT is stocked with the most popular items, LOL. Obviously, whoever’s in charge isn’t as clever as they should be 🤪. Sadly, its true. DT isnt smart about their inventory. If they were smart they would actually contacts some of the the popular DIYers who promote DT and offer product making sessions...then both DT and DIYers would make out well. DIYers supplement from other stores due TO LACK OF PRODUCT.... they(DT) really are dropping the ball on this. Luckily ,we have crafters like you who offer alternatives to their designs as well as tutorials to make your own product. Note... I don't know if it's a fluke but the last 5 bundles of nautical rope that I purchased were actually a yard short. So instead of 9' there were only 6'.( quantity and quality have been changing through the years) Also , most stores dont allow returns since "covid"... so dont leave the store unless youre keeping it . ..defective items are no longer exchanged here.

Prismacolor have a wax based center. I have a big set of them and a few others, bet they work well for this. I’m not as crazy about them for other art work. Cute is right!

If DT would just embrace DIY culture and start selling bulk materials like wooden spheres, blocks, discs and dowels in a variety of shapes and sizes, they'd make so much money off of what are basically scrap materials
For REALS! Even tho u can get those things for cheaper I would pay for the convenience of being able to buy it cut to certain sizes or whatever. DT DOES sell dowels and wooden cubes in crafters square At least mine does.
You can get bags of specific wooden or cardboard cutouts at Michaels, hobby lobby online, walmart. Very common since 1980s.. & dt used to have bags of several shapes but stopped
I also wanted to let you know that those little silicone spatulas are also sold on the shop miss a website(l love that website, it's pretty much an online dollar tree with a lot of makeup 😁). They are used to apply face mask with.

The printable that you had we could print out the first two words are looking like they are kind of sitting on top of each other. And the printable when it comes out is on two different pages
It might be your printer settings, but just cut the words up and then lay them where you would like them to be. It gives you a lot of freedom to make the craft how you would like it. Thank you for watching! ❤️😘🍁🍁🍁

These are all so expensive looking Holly! I thought that I might use a jumbo plastic egg I have leftover from Easter to make the acorn! I used half of one to make a bee hive. Just wanted to throw that out there in case anyone needs some ideas on what to use. Thanks again Holly for the inspiration.

Yes! You most certainly could! You can use the shape of anything that is similar to the shape of a coconut. I also have a plastic vase that would have worked. If you go out to look for items to do this, .....look for the shape and not necessarily for the coconut in case your DT doesn’t have it. Really fun diys! Great additions to any home. I know the Dollar Trees around here have no summer things, and very little fall, who knows. However the coconut cup is available at Party City or Oriental Trading. Thank you for sharing

Colored pencils are great. If you want to smooth then use a Qtip and the smallest amount of baby oil and rub over the colored pencil till you get the look you want

Hot Humble Pie Use the Q-tip with baby oil on the colored pencil on the paper or whatever you have used the color pencil on. It takes a little practice but it makes a very pretty effect.

These were great....i am ALWAYS so pleasantly surprised !!! I love them all but the acorn is my favorite. I'm gonna try to hunt down the coconuts . Im also gonna try them with pinecone pieces and jute as well..wish me luck.
The open pumpkins...I have tons of bottle caps. I was thinking maybe I'll fill them with a little foam board to make them full and flat and try that as an option for recycling..instead of the checker pieces.
Glad we have the spatula mystery decoded...LOL I looked in every dollar tree. I ended up Using one of their pink tools that had like an angled end on it from the crafters section. It's silicone and so you can pull the glue off.
Yes , your price for the rope is cheaper but only by pennies...so shipping costs could make it more expensive.
The decision people would have to make is ..if they have Amazon prime do they get free delivery? or do they not need as much and just a simple trip to Walmart for a 100' will do them. I think it's great that people are given the opportunity to Be given other ideas by a crafter instead of just " floating through the wind " so to speak . Helping and encouraging each other makes the whole crafting arena even more special !!

Note... If you're in a crafting group and you know that you want something and you can't find it in your stores.... you can go online and order it and have it sent to your Dollar Tree store and not pay shipping and handling. I don't think you have to buy the whole case but if you do and it doesn't come in big bulks , for a group of you together would it be like buying 1 or 2 packs... But even if you would use the whole case of a product , I still would have it shipped to the store so you don't have to pay for shipping and handling. Hope that helps !

I wanted to help people! I don’t belong to a crafting group, but that sounds really fun and I wish I did! Are they a group where you meet in person and craft, or are they a group on a social network? So far the Dollar Tree has very little online you can buy individually.
I just ordered some nautical route from them, and had it sent to my local store, but a lot of the really wonderful things you have to buy in huge amounts, which just isn’t practical. They told me I can buy it and return all of it except for what I need, and get store credit. They said people do that all the time, and I suppose because I do this on UA-cam that might work (unless I start to get more credit than I use). I think they would make a ton of money if they sold things individually online, but I noticed the administrative part of DT doesn’t make very good business decisions. For example, they don’t stock the hot items for crafters in every single DT that has a Crafters Square section. I read they were just about to file bankruptcy and then along came all these wonderful UA-cam Dollar Tree creators, and saved the day. Literally! You would think they would watch the videos and make sure every single DT is stocked with the most popular items, LOL. Obviously, whoever’s in charge isn’t as clever as they should be 🤪. Sadly, its true. DT isnt smart about their inventory. If they were smart they would actually contacts some of the the popular DIYers who promote DT and offer product making sessions...then both DT and DIYers would make out well.
DIYers supplement from other stores due TO LACK OF PRODUCT.... they(DT) really are dropping the ball on this.
Luckily ,we have crafters like you who offer alternatives to their designs as well as tutorials to make your own product.
Note... I don't know if it's a fluke but the last 5 bundles of nautical rope that I purchased were actually a yard short. So instead of 9' there were only 6'.( quantity and quality have been changing through the years)
Also , most stores dont allow returns since "covid"... so dont leave the store unless youre keeping it . ..defective items are no longer exchanged here.

Prismacolor have a wax based center. I have a big set of them and a few others, bet they work well for this. I’m not as crazy about them for other art work. Cute is right!

You can get bags of specific wooden or cardboard cutouts at Michaels, hobby lobby online, walmart. Very common since 1980s.. & dt used to have bags of several shapes but stopped
I also wanted to let you know that those little silicone spatulas are also sold on the shop miss a website(l love that website, it's pretty much an online dollar tree with a lot of makeup 😁). They are used to apply face mask with.

The printable that you had we could print out the first two words are looking like they are kind of sitting on top of each other. And the printable when it comes out is on two different pages
It might be your printer settings, but just cut the words up and then lay them where you would like them to be. It gives you a lot of freedom to make the craft how you would like it. Thank you for watching! ❤️😘🍁🍁🍁

These are all so expensive looking Holly! I thought that I might use a jumbo plastic egg I have leftover from Easter to make the acorn! I used half of one to make a bee hive. Just wanted to throw that out there in case anyone needs some ideas on what to use. Thanks again Holly for the inspiration.

Yes! You most certainly could! You can use the shape of anything that is similar to the shape of a coconut. I also have a plastic vase that would have worked. If you go out to look for items to do this, .....look for the shape and not necessarily for the coconut in case your DT doesn’t have it. i got it, Fowler Farms was a good choice. I’m also a visual learner, and you are a great teacher. As I’m watching and listening I’m cleaning up buckets of buttons I finally found that belonged to my grandmother. The one other thing I appreciate is your calming background music.
