Ever since I watched this video I've been looking EVERYWHERE for these specific affirmations where it's like.. comforting you about reaching out to others and being kind to others, because as someone with social anxiety, I find it really hard to compliment/smile at people or do other considerate things even though I really want to, because I have irrational thoughts that I will be judged for it. So these specific affirmations were just so unique and comforting for me, and I really want more videos like it but everything I search just comes up with the usually self love affirmations 😭
