My favourite oversleeves are and will probably always be dragon shield standard size clear matte sleeves, they come in 100s so you can get 2 decks per pack and they have awesome shuffle feel
@@BlasterJunos They're about a millimetre or two wider than an MTG single sleeve but yes. Definitely makes the deck feel bigger because Z Jr is usually used as an outer sleeve.
I used to double sleeve. But all the deck boxes i needed for double sleeving got really expensive. So I had to downgrade. Then I found Dex brand sleeves. And personally I love them. They feel nicer than dragonshield imo and theyre just as strong. Im a very agressive shuffler and niether dragonshield or dex have ever broken
Also just gonna slip this in here as well; If you are getting/wanting Dragon Shield Sleeves, grab the Japanese sized sleeves. They're pretty darn amazing. Dragon Shield sleeves are, like, the most durable sleeves on the market.
I also use the Z Jr oversleeves with Vanguard minis :D For Deck boxes, I'm a huge fan of Ultimate Guard Boulder as they're pretty cheap and really tough. I have also tried the new Broccoli Emboss & Clear sleeves. They do feel really nice and shuffle well, but it breaks very easily and the size feels a bit big for Vanguard sleeves.
i recently only started playing vanguard and in india it's not even officially released , i tried some sleeves called dragon shield for over sleeves , it has matte design to it , and feels good too
I like using the ultra pro sleeves and the oversized clear ones to double sleeve. The reason is They are easy in my hands for me to shuffle. I also have the Tokoha sleeves from the special edition trial deck and considering getting Dragon Shield clear since I love Tokoha.
I use the Bushiroad character sleeves with Dragon Shield clear matte standard size for oversleeving. For deck boxes I use the Ultimate Guard Flip'n'Tray to hold my dice and a G Deck, then I use Ultimate Guard Boulders to hold my standard decks :)
My personal setup is bushiroad inners or dragon shield art sleeves, dragon shield clear matte outers, ultimate guard sidewinder, and any rubber playmat. Also nice video
I personally use character sleeves (bushi/broccoli) with KMC gold/silver border oversleeves, except for EDH Magic where i use dragon shield matte. I remember having welts in my hand after using z sleeves :p
Considering going full mad lad and using Bushiroad mini sleeves, then standard Bushiroad sleeves and lastly oversleeves. Got some standard sleeves Iike, but don't have many standard games I play. The Bushiroad mini sleeves seem wide enough to keep the card from moving around in the standard sleeve but thin enough to not make the deck an MTG Commander deck.
So you seem to only prefer Japanese products. I use mix of Bushiroad, Dragon Sleeves and and Ultimate Guard products. For CFV my sleeves to be Bushiroad art ones with they clear over sleeves in they art deck box (mostly Bermuda ones) but I also use KMC Hyper Matte Minis, Dragon Shield Mini Matte or Ultimate Guard Ultimate Guard Mini Matte sleeves for decks that aren't Bermuda (yes, I have those as well) as well as Ultimate Guard Xenoskin 80+ Flip deck boxes. I also tend to store my deck boxes in Ultimate Guard Arkhive 400+ Flip Case for easy access and to keep deck boxes in good condition during transportation.
Yeah my choice in accessories is very heavily weeb-influenced HAHA I feel like I should invest into one of those flip cases too, the cardboard Bushiroad ones don't hold very long orz
I use noa (aka chaos Boi) sleeves as my inner sleeves for my main deck and astolfo (from fate) sleeves as my gifts. 😉😂😂. always use Ultra Pro standard clear sleeves as over sleeeves.
I've just switched to broccoli emboss and clear sleeves and I'm so far enjoying the feel and don't seem to get dirty like bushiroad oversleeves but ill have to see in few months if they get gunk
@@DifferentFight yah they came out december last year, i just got my package of them few days ago. the foils of cards just pop out nicely in them. ill most likely get myself more and get my self some of those Z sleeves you showed off
@@DifferentFight id say for SVRs, Drs and few RRRs depending on pattern the foil just stand out bit more then normal bushiroad oversleeves, on some cards id say its hard to tell difference but theres that slight difference that just make it come out more like i was comparing VDR end of stage 1 in each sleeve and just bit more foil and clearness of card was coming out, this was comparing 2 fresh from pack sleeves
I use broccoli matte and clear Medium on my weiss schwarz sized sleeves and when it always puff up with a lot of air even after I press it down any suggestions to why it is so and ways to prevent puffy sleeves? I double sleeve btw
Hey I saw this video the other days and decided to buy a Z Jr outer as well, it is very sturdy just as you said. However, I got one problem.. It feels like some air got into the sleeves so my cards feel kind of bubbly(?)...idk what is the correct term sorry, and yeah I am wondering whether that is normal.. or did I do something wrong? How to get the air out? Thank you
i used to love the z sleeve but like if you have sweaty hands like i do these are a living hell its super sticky amd super wet even if you wash your hands
When you shuffle the decks that has broccoli sleeves on, then the deck that has Z Guards on, do you feel like the one with the broccolis feel like they're soft?
"Saikyo Z sleeves are only available on Amazon Japan" *Post Edit texts says "also available on Amiami"* Cool. I can ignore you on why you question Amiami for a hot minute :p
This has lightened my stance on the existential nightmare of living

I just switched to the clear clear mattes from the kmc perfect hards and I love the clear mattes.
Surprising that Z Jr outers are hard to find anywhere else. There is usually a bunch in our locals
unrelated but do they make the deck feel bigger or are they almost identical to not double sleeving at all in feel?

Fair enough lol :P I got a blue, yellow and green boulder deck box to represent each of my deck's gift type :D

I'm fairly sure those dice are made by Chessex. They're readily available, relatively cheap, and come in lots of colors!

the z sleeves which you told are they available for over sleeves for pokemon cards ?

why not dragon shield ? i have been using them alot they feel great

I dont think so

Very much so LOL
forgot to say. great video aswell
Also my z sleeves get softer and sticky as they get worn out which is why i don't like them very much
Gundam 40 anniversary shirt?
Yup haha
What is your shirt and why is Bright Noa on it?
It's one of the uniqlo Gundam collab ones LOL
That shirt 👌
Are the Z jr. sleeves matte or are they just clear sleeves?
Clear

Yeah just clear
