Yes, the dash has three straight sides but where those sides intersected was rounded over. But you should be looking at the actual instrument cluster and not a bad view of the top and side of the dash. That instrument cluster is definitely an e30 instrument cluster from an e30 M3. You have the turn signal indicators at the top middle. Below them is the high beam indicator. At the bottom middle you have the M3 badge with the "check" light immediately below it. Along the bottom edge are the warning lights and service indicator lights exactly as they appear on an e30 instrument panel. The speedometer maxes out at 260 km/h and has an analog odometer and trip indicator. The tachometer has its redline at 7000 rpm and maxes out at 8000 rpm. There is an oil temp gauge at the bottom of the tach. Smaller gauges for fuel quantity (left) and water temp (right) flank the main gauges. This is most definitely the instrument cluster from an e30 M3.

E21 didn't have an M3, the first gen was the E30. The E30 didn't have a straight 6 but that has already been pointed out The E46 on the video has a shorter gear ratio than the standard one. But still great video :)
If the air is very hot it decrease the performance as you can see that 35.5c. Best performance is after rain when there are more oxygen im the air it burns better and cleaner
