Is it bad I'm literally crying from the amount of emotion that I have been feeling from this Saga?!?!? I want to put this into words formed from the music..... I want this to be like everything it possibly can its so amazing!!!! THANK YOU RANDALL!!! Im putting my life into being able to make music like you! I am an 8th grade trumpet student who admires your work. Thank you so much for this!
I’m an 8th grade flute and we are playing this song for our spring concert that’s probably not going to happen cause of COVID but still love this song!
I’m in 8th grade and I played this. I played the xylophone and let me tell you I was in love with the piece. It was so fun to play and it sounded so good!
I am also a percussionist and we haven’t gotten our permanent parts yet, but I think our band teachers going to give me bass drum since I’ve never done it on a song
I used to play tuba, but haven't touched it since high school (I'm going into my 4th year of Uni). I remember graduating with only Darklands March and Darkheart out. I have listened to parts 2, 3, and 4. Is this a continuation of the Darklands Saga? A "Part 6", if you will?
I’m a 6th grade sax player and this is one of my concert songs. So fun to play. Love the part where the bells sound like the notes go high -> low. Love the song all together.
I remember playing this in band. It was truly awsome and I can’t say that I have played anything else as cool as this in band. My middle school band put a little bit more character into the song with a bigger percussion section which made the piece 100,000 times better. It’s sad I’ll never hear anything thing remotely close to it ever again.
I play Trumpet in middle school and my band teacher introduced this to us a few weeks ago and it’s honestly my favorite song I’ve ever played on trumpet
At my school, it is beginner, intermediate, and advanced band. I am in intermediate but the advanced band played this song and OMG THEY SOUNDED SO GOOD
I play the clarinet and when I saw this, I was like "tHIs iS my FAvoRiTe SOnG fOrevEr bEsTieS". Also my fav music teacher is leaving during summer break forever 🥲😭
Hi Randall. Love all your music. As someone who’s always been fascinated with the composition process and has taken it up as a serious hobby, do you have any advice? If I could be looking into publishing a piece one day, what do I have to do?
