I recently listened to both these songs and felt they sounded extremely similar, so I made this mashup. With really little work I matched these two songs up amazingly.

Has anyone noticed the theoretical connection between both songs?
Till It's Over seems to be about a ''war'', fighting until it was over.
I Remember seems to be about something being over and a melody made to remember this ''war''.
Think about it for a second... They're completely in sync when played in this mash-up, and Till It's Over has a similar tune to I Remember in some parts.
They even both say "over" at the same time at around 3:10.
And maybe Once again is about the time after the war?
I never thought of that... but that's a good theory!
Well, Once Again doesn't seem to fit into both songs, but eh
Once Again might be after this 'war' and them attempting to "building it once again"

When I first heard these types of songs, it was from a game called just shapes and beats (it was the final two) and I loved them. So I rifled through the credits for 2 hours. (it was worth it!) and then I searched up Tristam (the artist) and I was met with the best songs that made me start listening to music again. And then I listened to his songs so much, that the only thing in the recommendation section was song s like this. I was like "if these songs are anything like tristam's they must be good too. They were. And that's how I ended up here 10 years later. (I'm 20) and up to here these still hit even better than before. All of these songs describe me and encourage me to do even more every day. All because of Tristam.

sometimes I think "I remember" and "till It's over" are the same song but separated from each other, because both share the same beat tempo, and the way how "I remember" enters with "till It's over" It's just to perfect, making me to think that they where made for to be connected with each other

It could well be lower, probably is. When mashing multiple songs, it's best to make sure they are all in the same key so that they fit better

This is fucking amazing. I've been forming this argument that musical theory is bs and some songs especially mixes should have just entirely way too much going on. And this is THE perfect example. There is entirely too much going on in this song, you can't hear anything clear and separate it all mixes while your ears pick out melody's, it's perfect. Entirely way too much, well done.

The mashup is awesome, I love it. The beats match because the both songs have the same trade mark. They both were mainly made by the same type, Tristam. Thats the reason they both match and also the Till it's over song is Syncronisized with.a lower sound. There's your answer
It works together okay, but it is pretty much two songs played at the same time. And it's messy.
Very true. I originally made this just as an observation of the similarity to the two songs - they could practically be played on top of each other and still sound fine. But people seem to like it!
