Hello! Loved this. I'm off on the last Alaska cruise on The Sun in a few weeks. I've been up there once before; on the Encore and it was miserable weather and a super-short port time on that trip so I didn't get to town. I just checked out the (probable) menus for my time on the boat and Day 3's dinner menu also looked the least interesting to me, so I booked my specialty dinner at Los Lobos for that night, instead.
I have not tried Los Lobos. I hear only great things but can't seem to justify paying extra for Mexican. Enjoy your cruise! We loved the ship so much we booked the Sky for next month.
@@tcmw779-I actually didn’t know that (or failed to pay close attention🙃). The drive to town doesn’t sound far on paper, but it ends up eating up a significant chunk of a port stop.
What did you do in Ketchikan? Did you enjoy this port stop? Have you been to Ward Cove?

Are the 1:40 shuttles suitable for wheelchair bound passengers or are there disability taxis available
That’s a great question. Unfortunately I did not notice that however the cruise ship excursion list does show options for disability specific tours.

Regents docks there also.
Regents Seven Seas, Oceania and Norwegian Cruise Lines are all owned by Norwegian Cruise Lines Holdings (i.e. the parent company)
