Hi Max, could you please explain what the 'consent personal information' document is? It's listed under the optional documents tab in the IRCC portal. I am applying on my own and am unsure about what to do with this document.

Hello, I hope you can still help me. I applied on my own too, and nothing happened when I tried to download the "consent personal information". I remember that this tab was disabled or something like that. I read on some websites that if we apply by ourselves, there will be no need to add this form. Maybe we were not allowed to upload a document here because we mentioned in the application that we were applying on our own. However, I am still concerned that I should fill out this form and add it to my application.

Hi Max, I have a question and is something that I don’t comprehend at all, in the third part of the document "Get the right documents" says that If you’re the family member of someone who has a study permit or work permit application that’s been approved in writing before you come to Canada, you don’t need a letter of acceptance. My Uncle started his studies in 2022 in Canada with a study permit, how does this help me that I have family already there, or what does it refer as "you don't need a letter of acceptance"?

Per this example one must show available funds of about 80000 in 2024?? I see other guys put in living expenses for 1 year to kind of inflate the funds available. The gc key asks only one year tuition and living expenses but it seems there’s always some uncertainty with the education costs in the new portal

If I have studied previously in the USA as an international student for undergrad and a master's already and done OPT there. If I return to my home country and later apply for a study visa in Canada. Does it give the impression that I am trying to get out of my home country? I would still have family ties in my country regardless of where I have gone to study and kept my status lawfully in both cases.

You can merge it with your supporting documents and LOE and put under Client Information
Hi ! I have a question. If your Common-Law-Partner (Spouse) is accommodating you and in the application you mention "YES" to the same and enter the details of your spouse. So at the last stage of application they will ask to select the principle applicant. which will not show the husbands details in it. just we have to select Spouse and save and continue. then do the payment an submit. but the Can.Immigration has indicated that we have to apply for open work permit for the spouse the same time we apply for the study permit. Please explain how to do that
If you add you spouse to the application and it gets approved - they will get their SOWP

hi max i have a question for you so i was enrolled previously in university canada west (vancouver) in 3 month foundation course and bachelor of commerce for september 2023 and i landed canada on 12 september and within 10-15 days i got a new LOA from another college , BOOTH UNIVERSITY College ( manitoba ) for January 2024 directly in to bba program and i dropped out the course from my previous college but i was unaware about the deadline to withdrawal the course so after the given deadline i drop the course and my university sent a email that there will bw W and NCL in my final transcript and also when i got a new LOA from my new college i immediately inform IRCC that i had changed my school by changing my DLI number through my GCkey account so do you think there will be problem in future for my PGWP AND PR???

Hi Max I am also applying through this portal, your video showing option of Document Section Transcript, Passport, Letter of Acceptance and Proof of Fund. When I apply I see I have been given Letter of Acceptance, Passport, National Identity Card and Proof of Fund. Is this their new update? yes, but it's only considered to be an inside Canada application if you are enrolled in pre-requisite courses

Same time they attached my birth certificate and my parents birth certificate and marriage certificate with Family information form ,then uploaded to portal, also is that the correct way?
