Mind is blown by that dynamic calendar setup! Great video as always!! I know it would be a LOT of work, but I'd love to see videos with the Google sheets equivalent of what you do in Excel
Very useful video 👍🏻 I knew about LET function but only used it when a calculation was repeated in the same formula; not for clarity as you demonstrated. Nice 👍🏻 Also your use of the Alt-Enter for splitting lines for clarity is something that I will start using 👍🏻 Thank you for sharing this video! Cheers 🍺🍺
Hello Sumit. In the last case I think you can use directly to get FirstDay: DATE(B1, MATCH(UPPER(TRIM(B2)), {"JAN","FEB","MAR","APR","MAY","JUN","JUL","AUG","SEP","OCT","NOV","DEC"}, 0), 1) Excellent explanation Sir, as always. Thank you for sharing it!!!
Thank you for a very informative video. could you please explain the calendar a little more. The first cell in the calendar has the LET formula you entered. All the other cells has the same forumal greyed out and when I click on them nothing shows in the formula bar. how are the other cells populated? Thank yoy again
Hi Sir, it was a good video. I have one question: why is "60" used in the invited comma in both formulas on the Grades tab. Could you please explain if possible.
@@trumpexcel Thank you for your instant reply. I have been following you for more than 10 years, and I like you very much because your content is different from others and beautifully explained. Thank you, Sumit.

Please let me know how to contact you through message or call. I have a doubt referring to a cell content in just previous sheet without using the name of the sheet.

Yes, you are right. Didn't need to wrap it again in the DATE function 👍
8:08 For that type of calculation, I prefer to write a function in VBA, in this situation I would use Select Case...

Yeah, my bad. The 60 shouldn't be in double quotes. It should just be 60
