What an unsportsmanlike behaviour from Kim Astrup. I understand that being in the moment can make you do one or two things, that could show a bit of attitude. But my god his acting towards the two koreans was pathetic. I'm very happy to see the reaction of the Koreans remaining calm and collected and in the end deservingly winning the title. That's what you call being humbled.

They probably did that to keep their confidence up and to encourage the support from the Danish spectators. Can't blame them from trying when they played the final in their own home court, especially as the lower seed.

It was a tight match, and the Danes as the underdogs did extremely well. I felt they shouldn’t challenge their service that went out when they finally caught up with the Koreans and took a one-point lead when they were 15:14 up in the 2nd game. They broke their own momentum, which tells me they also wanted to step away from the court for the pressures and the possibilities as they were nearing the end of the second game, with a game already in their pocket. Another thing I wish Kim, in particular, had done differently was some of his front-court, mid-court net shots. I feel it’s been his playing style… He tends to go soft even when the returns from his opponents allow him to put some pressure and pace on them as if he always wants to make some changes at what I believe is the wrong time to play some of his cheeky shots…
