Didnt GT already debunk this themselves? Its such a shame you took the micky. I just wish paranormal groups would think before they condem and ridicule. It all leaves a bad taste.Pity as I feel you have potential but I unsubscribe from anyone who mocks another Paranormal channel for any reason and weren't actually with them at the time. By saying they maybe didn’t shut the door properly. Meaning they almost admit staging then as that’s the only way that latch will sit on the catch by carefully placing it there. Thanks for clearing that up.

Im new to this channel and followed Beardos recommendation. I would have enjoyed it more without all the backhanded comments about "other investigators" it doesnt matter who they are. Its snide and unnecessary and I wish everyone would just stop it!

Hands up. Im a GT fan and will defend. However, i am also open to a debunking video as i watch everyone for entertainment purposes, i like them for that. Im interested if things happen of course, but we frequently watch and make our own judgements. What i cant stand is the bitching. I dont think its at all necessary. There's a place for everyone here. I will probably give this video a watch and hope that you did debunk with grace and honesty. Not all GT fans are 'morons or idiots' (from what ive heard), ive said what i think to them as well. Can the bitching just STOP. Its a bad look for all concerned. I look forward to viewing.

@RealEvidenceUK sadly there will always be angry fans, on all channels, who seems to feed the anger in others and creators. I personally left school behind quite a while ago. I have unsubbed from other sites because of this. I still stick with GT but I'm on the fence with ghosting tbh, i like the banter. The trick is to debunk nicely or not to bite in retaliation. A hard concept I know but completely possible. I'm not into certain people targeting for targeting sake. A debunk is a debunk, we all need questioning from time to time, but not abuse.

lol it’s quite simple your in a very small space claiming your doing a paranormal investigation the door let’s say is open it’s a windy night so you close the door to cut down on noise contamination. Do you close an old door latching it properly wich would be a normal logical automatic thing to do or do you balance the latch on the catch wich ghost theory did and clearly can be seen. So if your balancing the latch on the catch why are you doing that.

Why was the door latched like it was you can’t latch it like that by accident it has to be set like that on purpose. So what was the purpose of doing it that way. If your not sure ask them. We have tried to answer all comments in a decent way accept for people who clearly don’t like us. Wich is fine we aren’t a cult.
When me and the hubster watched it at the time, we knew instantly it would be picked up on, probably because (even as GT fans) we found it a bit suspect. I'm open to interpretation and methods of how these things can be done. Just doesn't need to be done in an attacking manner (I'm not saying you guys did, haven't had the chance to watch it yet, just a current general observation)

I'm subscribed to both you & DP & also GT - I've watched them for ages, but did feel that there was some "exaggerating" going on on occasion.
I enjoyed your video, & I think you were right showing about the latch opening easily & the rubble etc that could have fallen down.
But I didn't think the digs, especially at the start when calling out, were necessary (sorry).
Usually that would've been enough for me to switch off, but because I wanted to comment I felt it only right I watched the whole thing - & I'm glad I did, as apart from the jibes I enjoyed it 🤷♀️
Evidence speaks louder than any words, & you'd proven that bit.
You don't need to stoop to others levels...
I will say I think you handled negative comments & criticisms very well though.

GT create good entertainment for their fans. Their personality’s are attracting a longterm following which some creators will find hard to replicate and in some cases will be jealous of. I’m afraid they’ve got a good recipe to entertain whether people like it or not
Yes I agree they do make great content I used to enjoy their content. But it’s not real paranormal content so why lie to your fans and say it’s real. If we happen to go the same location and debunk “activity” they “caught” of course we are gonna say something. It’s our job as investigators to explain what happened with the door latch and thrown rocks. For ourselves and our fans

I am a sceptic, my wife isn't. On the drive up to the church we were talking about local UA-cam hunters as there aren't many good ones near Dorset. The chances of us bumping into these guys are so slim and as he said, when we walked off it was awkward because I felt like I was interrupting their investigation. Great video. Great Debunk guy's also i new straight away myself as i used to fit old wood door's when i left school and worked as a chippy wind effects them allot and if it's a very old latch they can randomly jump off with the wind etc :0
Thank you for your comment mate. Yes old doors can unlatch by themselves but this door when latched properly wouldn’t open by itself… this door, the latch has to be balanced on top of the catch for it to slide open in the wind. Either way smells very fishy 😂

Its strange how one group goes to place gets all kinds of things , another group goes and gets nothing.
GT... unfortunately isnt what they like people to think. Honestly; i think (as in my opinion) they have a 3rd person running around with them.
From a video making standpoint and channel? They are absolutely fantastic. Great chemistry, great editing and comical. Its paranormal themed entertainment they are more than happy with people believing is real.
Who wouldnt want a series , blair witch style, where everyone believes its real? They are horor filmakers afterall and good ones too.
It just sucks becaues people get emotionally hurt by the lies, they really believe these things , sure on one hand you can blame them for being too gullible but your also lying by misleading and omiting the truth.
Paranormal channels that dont support debunkers are not real paranormal investigators. They are entertaining you with content they want you to believe is real. Its that simple.
Real paranormal investigators and debunking and debunkers go together like 2 sides of a coin. You dont get one without the other.
If you do get one without the other and believe you have a real coin, thats fine but dont go trying to spend that funny money.

You bloody heroes. All of you. You and Dorset. And I am wildly angry with a particular two people. I was open and honest and shared Sam's gift ... which means, they got lucky a few times when Sam was seeing something there with them and we thought they were sensing it. We did notice they didn't notice anything sometimes, and something was there, and, on one investigation, they didn't remove something vital that I now fully believe they hid something under to set the EMF reader off - cos Sam didn't feel anything or see anything in that place either. No wonder they never responded to my just being nice and encouraging. They must have thought Sam was as fake as them and now he looks silly and I look like an attention seeker. Give me a day and I'll be over it, just really confirmed that, in my mind (not because of you) I was watching a pair of highly dishonest people. Right - now I've ranted. That place is awesome! So peaceful and lovely. The kind of place I'd have gone to as a kid, to hide away from the world. Have subbed to Dorset. Apologies for being late, as I was looking forward to chatting with everyone watching the premiere. Appreciate you both even more now. Bloody good blokes. Integrity above ego. I am not a fan of other Paranormal teams debunking other Paranormal teams investigation. I watch a lot of Paranormal channels. I am fully aware that somethings are faked and something are genuine. I just don't get why other teams want to show up another team. Most teams are not squeaky clean. But to make a video on it. It isn't my cup of tea. 😞

Sorry you feel that way.. Beardo had nothing to do with this. We happened to investigate a location GT done and ended up debunking it.... this is not a regular thing for us. But we will not stand there and say nothing if we find out people haven't been genuine with their findings
Mabe you should spend time with GT and get to know them before causing drama with such a huge channel that has been around far longer and doesn't need to fake evidence

I just picked up on your channel and l think if your going to throw shade & talk shit witch was most of the video lm just saying there a hole lot of talking with out with not alot of time between call outs lm sorry but l think there a lot more channels out there that could be called out way before ghost theorie fine yah feel that there fake, but l don't think yah did much to debunk them. It seems like u guys really only call out and don't real use any over technics like EVP , lasers, candles , motion detectors & others just a though on some ways to get some evidence. Hey Mike thanks for your comment… we used to use all the gadgets, but they are all easily manipulated so we decided ditch them and mostly use our eyes and ears. We don’t usually call out channels. But when we visit a location where another team has amazing “activity” of course we are gonna point out any fakery. We felt it was our job as honest investigators.
@@RealEvidenceUK l get it there are a lot of channels that are for sure full of shit but GT l think they are one of the most believable l mean l give them shit about stressing about them thinking it's always people only because its never is people but the locations that there in sometimes it understandable they are on edge of running into a meth head with a knife. I think there stuff that's bullshit that there's no real control of its going off because of a ghost or just because it is but there's stuff like a class A EVP clear as can be in a totally different voice tell you that it's there when it's not that pretty good evidence other than a aperation on video there's really nothing better laser prints with movement there is stuff that give pretty solid evidence. I was subbed to GT , at first I thought they were 💯 but then I noticed Joe hitting a low ceiling with his tripod & I could see his inner forearm pulsating & he turns round & says “ debunk that “ so I called him out for it but didn’t unsubscribe straight away . Then I started noticing more & more & constantly something was happening in every video, yes they say “ oh it could be this it could be that” knowing fine well their subscribers are going to say “ oh that’s haunted that was paranormal for sure “ but they’re title is always” Haunted “ ……….
I continued to call them out in the comment section but then I unsubbed I can’t be doing with fakery as it’s lying & that’s bad !!
I’ve Subbed to you guys now as i just want real true evidence & if that means nothing that’s fine as that’s the way paranormal is 💯 I can binge watch now 🙏😄
