Heres a ritual for higher chances:
>go to lobby
>headpat Arona
>go to desired banner
>enjoy your luck
However, if she is sleeping do NOT wake her up. Even with headpats this will result in lower chances.
For me it's Plana, but I do pat them both
And don't forget to only pull one at a time
My ritual is invite the character in the cafe then give the flower banquet/ a crap ton of gifts then pull immediately.
