I accidentally watched this video when I felt really bad about my life and got scared by many things that I never thought I would get over. This was so powerful! I've been working with a team at my job to create an Equity Council in response to the undeniable need to raise equity in the lives of the ethnic and cultural minorities in the U.S. This Ted Talk was the exact thing I was looking for to motivate my team and help them start with a strong mindset to be leaders of change.
