2 1/2 cups self raising flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp passion essence
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1/2 cup milk
pinch of salt
2 tsp baking powder
~FOR SUGAR SYRUP
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
~FOR FROSTING
1 cup whipping cream
2 Tbs icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp baking soda

When adding the sugar add a table spoon at a time or a little at a time to prevent the mixture from becoming 'soupy'.

Hey Muha, for the wet ingredients you can use a blender, but when you get to the dry ingredients use the folding method
