I could be totally wrong but I personally thought the reason why Armin was laughing and or crying was because once he heard their plan he knew Eren would never agree to essentially wiping out their race so he realizes Eren has something planned this whole time with how he treated them. Again it's just my guess but I couldn't think of any other reason

Hi! Yes we understand that the 9 Titans can see past memories from the people who held the Titan before them. If I'm remembering correctly, we were talking about FUTURE memories in this episode. From my understanding, only the Attack Titan can see future memories. - Girl in purple

They were very generous with this cliffhanger. I can think of at least one place that would've made you all lose your heads. I love how both Eren and Reiner are just over the fighting thing. Reiner just wants to die and protect those kids. Both sides have their reasons for fighting.

I agree with why they took out Levi. For the same reason they injured his leg in S1, cuz otherwise, he would’ve annihilated Reiner and Bertoldt at the end of S2
nahh...He wouldn't have put so much of a scratch on Reiner. And no matter how fast he is...His hooks won't reac the colossal. If he gets too close he'll burn to death. I'm the type of guy who uses logic, unlike most blind Levi fans.
Even Eren had scenes where he could have become several times stronger but didn't. He could have eaten Annie but didnt. He could have eaten Galliard, but instead kept smashing his face into the ground even though galliard was having a concussion. He could have eaten Reiner too but didn't.

Eren was gonna eat galliard until reiner showed up. 2. without galliard eren cant get thru the crystal to eat annie. Tell me when he couldve ate reiner btw. Would Levi destroy Berthold and Reiner? What the hell are you talking about? Mikasa was useless against the Armored, and the rest of the scouts were useless against Bert.
Armin and eren took out bert so im pretty sure levi could either solo him as long as he doesnt nuke, or have a tad hit of help aka a sacrifice. Mikasa and hange figured out that reiner has multiple weak points and after they got thunder spears realized reiner is trash.
When a titan shifter is taken out of their titan and they are severely hurt. They can’t transform again until their body fully heals. Levi cutting his legs off is forcing his body to be in a constant healing process so he can’t transform.
Correct! Levi even said that in the episode before and somehow all 5 of them missed that... 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
@@emperorfloch Yeah it was disappointing how lost everyone was, lol. They have forgotten a lot of basic information from the series. This particular information is important, and it has been shown many times and mentioned countless of times, in the series.
1. Eren's arms gone when he was kidnapped by Reiner.
2. Hannes died because Eren was not fully healed to transform.
3. When Scouts defeated Reiner and Bertholdt, they made sure to give them heavy injuries.
4. Pieke took Zeke and ran away from Levi since Zeke needed to heal, in S3.
5. Levi making sure Zeke was in the process of healing, in the past couple of episodes.
The only part I was impressed by was when Nicole and Dani recognized "Porko"/Jaw Titan among the soldiers.
That’s actually wrong. Levi was just torturing him. If his real intent was to prevent transforming , he would’ve kept cutting his arms not his legs. Think about it as a small act of revenge

So the basic theory behind Armin crying is that he knows Eren too well. So when he heard Yelenas Plan he figured that Eren would not go along with this plan since he thought that everyone was allowed to be free from the day they were born. But they aren't free if they are forced to let their bloodline die. It was basically a cry of relief.
Everyone thinks this wasn’t a satisfying ending to the season but there was literally no other time cause anything after this would’ve broken people lol
I don't get people who say that this isn't a satisfying end. Like yeah it's a rough cliffhanger to leave us on but it sets things up to blow up next season perfectly. Now instead of a slower first episode we can jump right into the action.
I mean its probably mostly anime onlys since manga readers should understand that everything that comes after this episode is non-stop acceleration and there wouldn't be a good stopping point..
Was nice to see Pieck is at least not disallusioned and was talking some sense into Gabi. I think Armin is playing on Yelena's zealotry too. Now you guys can wait with the rest of us 🤣! Was a fun ride and can't wait for pt2!!

My guess is that the child Zeke sees is Ymir, as in the O.G mother of titans Ymir. Being royal blood and therefore having a stronger connection to the paths, it makes sense that on the verge of death he would see Ymir

I had a feeling they were going to end it on a giant cliffhanger. Nobody is ready for what's coming next. Trust me. This was the LEAST of Cliffhangers they could have stopped at. Believe me, I'm a Manga Reader. Next few episodes are gonna give NEW MEANING to the word CLIFFHANGER.

3:40 Once a titan shifter transforms and is hurt afterwards, they cannot become a titan again untill they have healed fully. Among other things, like the times they have turned already, purpose, etc. Think they explained this in that talking-in-the-trees episode with Ymir, Bert and Reiner.
Levi literally explained... MULTIPLE TIMES (as a way to taunt Zeke) about why he was cutting off Zeke's legs like 1-2 episodes ago as well, lol.
From my understanding, Eldians with titan powers can transform after inflicting a certain amount of damage and/or pain to themselves, but it can't be more than what they can quickly completely heal. Just think back to when Reiner and Bertholdt had Eren and Ymir captive in the Forest of Giant of Trees in season 2; Levi was basically doing the same thing by keeping Zeke's legs constantly healing, like how Eren and Ymir's arms were gone and healing, whereas slight damage like a cut or a bite can be healed almost instantaneously, like in season 2 how Reiner was able to heal the titan bite on his arm at will as soon as he remembered he was a warrior.
Eren lost his arm and leg right before transforming in season 1. Shifters can’t transform if they’ve sustained heavy damage soon after using their titan form and thus must fully recover before transforming again. Eren and Reiner had just titan brawled in season 2 and Zeke had become a titan to fight Levi in season 4

More specifically they can’t transformed if they are are tired out like after transforming and they are injured their body is taking all its strength to heal the wounds. Because eren when he hit his leg but off could still transform but that because his body wasn’t exhausted

Pieck's point about trusting the comrades she's fought alongside rather than Marley in its entirety speaks to how conflict is started and sides are drawn IRL. I love how this show takes its time to delve into all these aspects of and the cause of war, showing how people can be loyal to family or the ones they spend time with the most, the same as how people can interpret history one way or another and choose sides based on that, and the same as how people choose sides based on race/ethnicity and nothing else (wrongfully, ofc).

That is why Eren couldn't transform when the smiling Titan attacked them in season 2.
That is why Hange cut Reiner's arms in season 3.
Levi kept cutting Zeke's legs so he couldn't transform.

Been mostly spoiler free, unfortunately saw a thumbnail of the last panel of the final manga, but no context to go along with it (fortunately), so I'm still pretty much in the dark except for my own theories.
