Yes, constant high-pitched ringing in the ears for the past 15 years, also tingles in left hand/ arm. I will pay attention to these more, thank you. I like how you said that we need to feel worthy for wanting to attain our highest desires, and to visualize over-and-over ourselves manifesting that which we desire. I've also always wanted a home on the beach (or at least very close). Being only an hour away still isn't good enough for me, ha!...and I do always visualize this happening someday.
