    First off lemme start by saying good job dont conpare yourself to nobody, but if you're goal is to build strength i have some pointers. Practice your close grip bench press in a way where youre slowly descending the bar but quickly lifting up. I find this to be helpful to practice lockout. Secondly prime your "cns" which means get used to heavier weight by holding 10% more than your max just look up heavy holds for more info and lastly definitely dumbbell bench press. Treat it like a barbell movement, like figure out your 7 rep range and spam that but also one rep consistently in order to guage strength gain. These things have helped me and they may/may not help you but i just figured I'd leave this here regardless.

    Try tension over time in your routine try 135lbs or whatever your warm up is at the beginning. After your sets throw it back on go 6seconds down and 4 seconds up have someone count it out loud and stick to the cadence. Go for 10 reps. Can do it with incline as well. You can apply it to any exercise

    respect bro and im not trying to make your lift any less impressive or offend you, but by powerlifting rules the lift doesn't count as you lifted your ass off the bench, try to not lift your ass off at all and use leg drive better and push yourself up the bench, not down the bench. Also Your feet are all over the place, your feet should stay in the same position through out the entire lift, keep them in one place. A thing that worked for me is keeping lats tight. Again impressive lift and im far from an expert on this, but thats the things that worked for me

      I get you man and I appreciate it but I’m not doing powerlifting or anything like that, I just lift to stay strong and to keep my anger in control. Whenever I played football this is how we used to get heavy weight up so I’m just kind of used to it lol. I really do appreciate the advice though and I will definitely work on what you mentioned.
