Hello, wonderful videos you have! A question, As a student in a "entrepreneur"-style of school, we work in groups with real life projects. I want to explore the PM-role, Would you recommend me to focus on Coaching/pm only, or try to combine it with my own ideas/oppinions as a member of the team?
Thank you, Alfred. It is best to think of your leadership role as a project manager situationally. That is, the best style of leadership is determined by the situation: what you want to achieve, the context, the culture, the person or people you want to lead, how they are feeling about the task, what experience and expertise they have, what priories and pressures there are... and a whole load more. Coaching is a fantastic way to lead people. But it isn't always going to be the best approach. Not least, there is the key factor that people need to be ready to be coached. So, try out your coaching skills and take them for a spin. Observe where they work and where they are less successful. Learn from your experiences and hone your skills to both: spot when and where to apply them, and also to deliver coaching effectively.

Thank you for your trainings. In the last few months, they have become even more relevant and interesting.
Glad to hear it, Moses.
By coincidence, this afternoon I am editing a companion video (for Feb release, I think) on How to Mentor.
How to mentor would be a great video to watch
