This theme still makes me tear up. I can't believe how attached I got to the characters in the end. From Rain, to Masa, Aki.. All of them were amazing at their own rights. This game was by far the best piece of media I have ever consumed. I'll never forget the precious sky that enveloped us all..
I think the best VN ever is still Muv-Luv Alternative for me. The only God-tier story that's without any exaggeration "life-changing". Though Baldr Sky is great on its own with the combination of a top-class combat mechanism with a top-class story. I also agree with you that one thing it did particularly well is that not one character looked extraneous. Every character was depicted to the fullest, which is actually quite hard to achieve.
My thought exactly. Finished reading it on February and after that I was in pain for like two weeks. I wanted it to last more. I still have this lingering feeling of wanting to read it all again from zero, and I'll probably do it soon or later. Everything in this VN was just so perfect
would be nice if we´ll see someday what happens before the point of zero (baldr sky zero :F).. would also love to see dive x even if its a fandisc, need more rain and aki. at least there is also baldr force in english sky became my favorite vn besides ever 17

You could look for Baldr Sky DiveX, which is a gameplay foucused Fandisc of Baldr Sky. There is also Baldr Heart, which is a distant sequel to Baldr Sky.
