Using a helical antenna literally made from a Pasta Sauce lid I flew 3.2km (2 miles) using only 25mW… here’s the video: ua-cam.com/video/TS4fYcT3DEE/v-deo.html Years later I still use helical antennas for most flights, definitely the best cheap antenna ever! I regularly fly 7km with my HDZero system and have perfect video.
