Begedil Hack: Making Indonesian Begedil Using French Fries?!

- Potato lovers, unite! This time, we're bringing one of our favourite Malay foods to you - Begedil.

Begedil is traditionally made by mashing boiled potatoes, mixing in savoury minced beef, then frying balls of it to golden perfection. Instead of potatoes, we used frozen french fries which was a quick and tasty hack!
Protip from our Muslim friends: Pair some begedil with rice and other sides for a hearty Iftar meal!

Ingredients:
500g Frozen french fries
1 handful Coriander
50g Fried Shallots
150g Minced beef
½ tsp Coriander powder
½ tsp Cumin powder
½ tsp White pepper powder
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt (to taste)
1 tbsp Cooking oil
2 Eggs
Oil for deep frying

After dip in egg coat with breadcrumb b4 frying n u get simple basic croquette.crispy outside n soft fluffy inside.
