一集不落的看完了全部38集，再回来留言，非常好看的医疗剧，剧本结实，演技到位。全剧38集，没有快进几处，值得追。
第一集的所有冲突，都在于一个心理安慰。
林逸指责周筱风，是因为他已经十分幸运的在老王发病前发现了他，并亲手把他送到了医院，并交代了一切。他心里很高兴，因为自己的坚持可能让一个老人多活20年，他甚至后来还亲自打了电话问了情况，所以他不敢相信后续没有他希望的那样。
至于周筱风，通过之前的铺垫可以看出，他头一天刚熬了通宵，并连续诊治多名高危患者，虽然他的医术精湛并负责任，但人毕竟不是机器，他在看诊老王的时候虽然也事无巨细的解释清楚病情了，但终究有些许疏忽，那就是忘了林逸特地嘱托过得老人“脾气倔”，应该留一个人看着他。
最后就是病人家属的“医闹”，其实是可以理解的，一个好好的人突然就没了，谁都受不了，尤其是他昨天刚来过医院，所以病人最后的闹无非是为了“推卸责任”，想将死亡原因归到医院和医生的方面，以求自己有个心里安慰，这就是人的本能反应。
所以方医生直接找到源头，对情绪崩溃的老王儿子疏导，一步一步的解析，跟他们说明他们已经在病人死前做到了最好，别再给自己太大压力。
事实就是如此，人死了，大部分家属的“医闹”是为了什么呢？无外乎图个心里安慰，尽可能的推卸自己“看管不周”的部分，借此让自己的后半生没有愧疚罢了。
这个林逸真可笑，病人自己跑了为什么赖医生？病人拒绝检查自己对后果负责。这和医生没关系。
现实是10个医闹100个为钱，谁为心理安慰

其实那个新来的也是副主任医师，跟周筱风平级，一上来那句“excuse me”一下子就把人物性格带出来了，还有鼓掌时的漫不经心，而且心外一向都觉得比心内高人一等😂

刚来的医生太自以为是了，跟个流氓一样，是不是做了一个手术就能的不行了，真正送患者来的他，为什么不叫来家属后再走，他有急事他可以扔给医生，自己逃之夭夭，而医生是急诊医生不是养老院护工
劇情讓剛入職的醫生就對領獎的醫生抱以不屑的態度，對病人狀況故意不解釋，刻意製造劇情衝突，針鋒相對，這編劇....

乍一看这海报，还以为剧名叫“问怂”。
此剧开始的冲突很不合理，一个质深医生所为。倒像故意黑他。编剧认知有缺陷。

莫名奇妙的家屬！搞不清楚只會亂鬧。莫名奇妙的新來醫生，像個實習醫生的思路，醫療法規不懂嗎？只要病人神智清楚，任何醫檢都需要病人自己同意，否則就是違法。醫生要診治所有病人，不可能只盯著一個，「看住病人」也不是醫生的職責啊！是護士等人的工作。真是夠扯了…。
He's a doctor & know if patients refuse treatment, there's nothing doctors can do, doctors can't hold them against their will in hospital ..it's not doctors fault if anything happens to patients after leaving the hospital , but doctors should make sure that patients signed legal by court of law which hospital has in office , document stating they refuse treatment & force discharge out of hospital on their own .. so no family member can Sue hospital or any of the doctors that treated them first before leaving ..

编剧这个编的啊，林逸既然把病人送到医院里，怎么就没有陪病人把所有的检查都做了呢，怎么不通知他的亲属呢，往医生哪儿一扔就算了？说到责任，按他自己的逻辑，他也是要负责的。现在只盯着各项行为规范的医生来做这个医闹，强行产生冲突，也是有意思了。。。

ugh serious?! so doctors need to play babysitters now? and a new doctor can just walk in and think he is the smartest in the world? just following his messed up logic, he left the patient before making sure the patient was properly treated, he should be blamed as equally as Dr. Zhou right?
It's drama so don't take it serious because in reality this new doctor will learn his lesson in hard way as time goes and no one will let him talk like that during meeting cuz he's just a new guy doesn't know anything about this place.
Well, Lin guy was involved as a citizen, not a doctor. That old guy was not his patient. He already did more than usual. He paid for the taxi, didn't leave this old guy in front of the hospital but found a doctor, told his medical record to Dr. Zhou and later called the uncle to check his condition.
And honestly, if Zhou was really that confident, he did everything that he could, why did he ask his colleague to call the patient, when he saw Lin in the conference room?
Yes totally not Lin’s fault, but 100% not Dr. Zhao’s fault. It’s not the doctor’s responsibility nor does he or she have the right to force patients to accept treatments, let alone in this situation where Zhao was in the ER and there were many other patients in critical conditions who needed his help.
I’m taking it seriously cause both my parents are doctors and this scene is so misleading. It’s telling people that it’s okay to blame doctors for everything and anything. Remember doctors are trained to help but they don’t have super power and won’t be able to cure everyone.
I feel like a newly hired doctor would not speak up this forcefully to his new collegues

I think this case highlights more how important communication and rapport building with a patient can be. He did everything by the book when handling the patient, yet it appears was unable to communicate the actual urgency of the situation or gain trust in the patient that they weren’t just after his money. He was also unable to read the cues that the patient was likely to do a runner. Of course it’s not his fault the patient did a runner. I’m my country, healthcare professionals all have to take effective communication courses, how to build rapport, trust, find triggers and will lead patients to accept healthcare. Realistically, time restraints prevent this from happening.

I have a hard time understanding how the doctor bears any responsibility if the patient refused care and ran out of the hospital. And I also have a harder time understanding how another doctor can be so unprofessional to confront another doctor to place blame when clearly the patient made a choice to refuse care. You are only a freaking Doctor not his keeper. Sure maybe your way of patient care works well for you, but you can impose that on everyone.
@@dennylam269 the doctor does not have responsibility if the patient runs out and refuses care. Effective communication and rapport building builds trust and understanding. No one’s imposing anything on anyone. The number of patients who have refused care for trivial things like needing to pick up their kids, not wanting to bother their relatives, untrusting of doctors that aren’t their ethnicity… if we knew why we could knowledge their concerns, let them know we are listening and respect them, and in return they feel comfortable to trust us and let us help them. A lot of these people are not well educated and by doing the bare minimum without trying to connect with them, health discrepancies between the rich and poor continue.
@@Jyoo609 I understand communication is important. The doctor did his job communicating. He told the patient that his life is in danger. The younger doctor WAS imposing medical practice philosophy on the other doctor with his unprofessional criticism. WTF to ask your colleague, "Did you sleep well at night?" after a patient died. "He would've lived 20 more years if you kept him in the hospital.". WTF he was a grown man who ran out of the hospital after a doctor told him he is chest pain might be a heart attack. His life was in danger. No only that he gave them wrong contact info. All responsibility lies with the patient. But sure we can all do better in hindsight. We can always improve and learn, but doctors aren't baby sitters.

Good show except it doesn't make sense that one doctor blames the other one for the patient leaving AMA (Against Medical Advice). I know the show is trying to build up tension and create an adversarial relationship from the get-go. One understands how stubborn the deceased patient is and he directly accuses another doctor in the meanest way possible without investigation. The other doctor does explain a little but then keeps quiet and stands there looking guilty. (First confrontation). He at least can say that he didn't discharge the patient and the patient disappeared while he was away for a few minutes. Somehow I don't like the show trying to compromise the intelligence of both doctors in order to force the script in. They could do whatever they wanted because it was their show. It makes Dr Lin a jerk in the review meeting after Dr Zhou explains in detail (Second confrontation). Everyone else remains dumb while Dr Lin rants on and on. What kind of world does this reality exist? The brother of the deceased acts like an animal. If that is normal, I have nothing to say. Who knows, maybe the show wants everyone to be annoyed so it can make us fall in love with it later.

哪个医院都可以。胸痛的可以先急诊，后补挂号，甚至有些环节实行先救治后收费的原则，以适应优化诊疗流程、最大限度缩短救治时间的需要。具体的可以参考中国胸痛中心认证工作委员会，2015年11月修订标准 @@vc3492

虽然不知剧情怎么发展，也不知周医生和林医生个人的为人处世标准和原则，但就事论事的话，不喜欢林医生这种做派，就是他这种所谓的好人，才纵容家属和医生之间的矛盾或医闹之类的加剧。周医生一点都没做错，林医生自恃艺高有才就可以这么粗暴简单的去指责周医生吗？可以说很可笑也很讨厌。也就是在国内，在国外的话周医生可以告他一个诽谤罪。每次看中国电视剧时，被法和情混肴在一起不分时觉得好累。

I’m in Canada. It is free, but people wait for a specialist to see them till they die. My family member got so sick and in so much pain, after one and half year we still didn’t get an appointment. We ended up flying back to China and got immediate treatment there. Don’t view things from one perspective.
actually to see a doctor is not as high as Canada, but the medicine fee, and equipment fee is pretty high because they are import from America, but they can see doctors very quickly, especially in emergency. you have to wait 3 hrs in emergency, if you have a car accident, whilst you will see doctor immediately.@@gummybear5442
The free system is both good and bad. Here in New Zealand it’s free to go to the hospitals but the wait time can be up to a whole day before you’re seen. If you want to see a specialist, you’re put on a wait list that can be up to several months to years. Best solution is to get health insurance so that at least there’s specialist cover so you can get seen sooner privately.
