    Looks yummy... I regularly cook this ... But never had itching feel... I directly cut into small cubes n fry like any poriyal with adequate turmeric...dint have itching feel... U may try that too ...

      @@MadhuSamayal no ma... I am very conscious of oil usage... I use as little oil as possible for anything that i cook n i rarely cook deep fried items except vadas during festivals or pakoda for kid that too once in two or three months... :)

    Which cooking oil s best?
    Before I ws using Rice bran oil now i switched to Filtered groundnut oil.
    As i cant get cold pressed oil.
    S filtered groundnut oil s good for health??

      Best oil to use(unrefined cold pressed oil) are,
      1)Groundnut Cold Pressed Oil
      2)Coconut Cold Pressed Oil
      3)Sesame/Gingelly Cold Pressed Oil

    if you wash with salt water itself the itch will go from the kezhangu. after cutting the kezhangu sprinkle a table spoon salt on it and dry coat it fully for a few seconds and wash it away.
