The composure is a highlight for sure, everyone has their processes that work for them but Surrey's coolness and focus are top-tier for sure, has to be one of the best switch b/s flips ever done and the work that went into perfection was worth it
Inspirational perseverance and fortitude, not to mention super clean style on a preposterously difficult skate move, thank you very much for sharing this most excellent production.
,@6:37 WOOOOW!!! N that, is how, THE COOKIE CRUMBLED!!! @8:05 Pause it, and check out just how funny Fox, the little kid with the snap back on in the background (IYKYK who the legend in the making, Fox, AKA Foxing Your Girl) looks. He is straight posted like a stamp right here!!! Haha
Switch BS flip is one of those tricks that never popped for me no matter how much I practiced them. So to do it over a rail AND ally oop is mind boggling to me.
@@nedtempleton4873 I see an old skateboarder grappling with his complete lack of influence over the current culture. He roams the comments section of youtube looking to correct other people, seeking some sort of engagement as proof that he matters at all. He does not.
@@paulweaver7073 Yeah he’s trying to convince everyone it isn’t a thing. I see him commenting on everyone who says it’s ally oop. I’ve skated since the 90s and it was still called ally oop in the streets back then.

@@nedtempleton4873 The term originated there but has been used since AT LEAST the 90s when I was a street skater. In street it’s when you do a trick over an obstacle… a handrail for example… and you rotate your front truck away from the direction of the obstacle as you pass over it. It’s the “hard” way.
you guys should let me drive the bus to some of my secret stash. 2nd to none. I got the entire coast mapped out for non skate spots. They call me The Guru
I think some pros just go straight for the trick because they would rather try it straight out the gate instead of risk getting hurt warming up for the trick.
Unbelievably difficult. Tyler is incredible.
Props to Tyler for getting the clip, and for keeping his composure. I dig these behind the scene videos 🍻

Me too man it shows what skateboarding really is
You fall, you bleed and you get back up to try again and again until you get the greatest feeling in the world. That's skateboarding.
Oh shut up 😂😂😂

What a battle!! That was perfect Tyler!
switch bs + going blindside always looks extra sick 🔥
It's called alley oop
@williamgass9242 It's called "blind side" aka "the hard way" alley oop is on vert only dumbass
@@williamgass9242 There's no Alley-oop in street skating.
