My grande (classic) vertical inserts do have that "independent" feel, since they are separated from the monthly. But, each week is not completely separate. Maybe something for the future!
I will definitely be ordering the dividers and at least one word of the year charm. I am thinking about putting one on my key chain as well. There is going to be a lot of changes coming this year in every aspect of my life 😮 so my word is FLEXIBILITY.
