    The Jamaican bounce hair gets frizzy so easily when it's separated so what I did was separated them into 2 I believe and I rodded all of them and dipped in boiling water and let them dry on the rods overnight... it cut down on the frizz A LOT! It did so well I was able to use it for 2 installs never needed to recurl it 😊

      @@dyshaecockrell650 @ash Tuck blue and peach for one style, white for another., I believe purple as well... it js depends on what style curl you want.... the bigger the curl it won't last as long

    This is one of my favorite crotchet styles and it only costs me $20 for two bags of hair! I will def. return to this style for the summer. I understood you in the first vid as I've used that technique for a couple years but it was nice that you made a detailed video, beautiful job!

    HAPPY NEW YEAR FRIENDS!❤Thank you all for your support and hitting 10k!🍾💜😙 Next stop...50k! I hope you all enjoyed the tutorial. I did my best..hopefully as I do more I will get better with recording & explaining. I was nervous at recreating this look because I wasn't sure it would turn out like it did the first time, but I Love it!!💜 I did blow dry my hair this time, but it is not necessary! Night time I just do the pineapple method! Let me know if you have any questions!

    Loved this video. What products did you use for your flat twists and what edge control did you use? 4C hair over here! Great idea with combining two braids with the crotchet knot at the front. Definitely trying this method.

    • @JaiMarii
      @JaiMarii  6 років тому

      Thank you! Use whatever edge control you have, but during the warmer months ( or when I need extra, extra hold) I put a little Got2b glued in the black bottle on top of my edge control. It works wonders! My go to leave in is SheaMoisture JBCO leave in added with a little gel ( ecostyler...whatever is your pref) then flat twist. Mine didn't come out super defined because I didnt leave them in long, but just be sure to. Also, depending on how much you leave out try using perm rods too!

    Hi Jai, can you share the products you use in your hair and a link to your routine please? My hair and hair line is thinning even though I deep condition and treat etc. It's stressing me out

    • @JaiMarii
      @JaiMarii  6 років тому +1

      I made this video after suffering from a thinning hairline. ua-cam.com/video/CH5VITJZOM4/v-deo.html
      I don't have a hair routine video. However, I can say if you're serious about growing your edges out jamaican black castor oil should help you 100%. Also, keep gels..brushes...headbands...completely out of your hair. I would bag them all up & give them to a friend so they're out of the house. No styles that will pull the hair either.
      & stop stressing. Stressing is only making it worse! :)
      Keep what you do very easy and simple and the moment you stop worrying so much you'll start seeing results (hopefully).

    • @MyShand

    How do you maintain it and keep it from getting matted? (Satan Cap? - Do you ever have to refresh the curls or is there a way to keep the frizz to a minimum? How long will this typically last for you?

    • @JaiMarii
      @JaiMarii  6 років тому +2

      I have a video on my bedtime routine. I just put in a high pony and cut the tangles out every few days. I've worn it for 2 weeks but I'm sure it will last longer.
