The title song ‘It’s raining’ is about how a guy feels after a break up, wanting to let go of his pain with the falling rain. Snuper’s voice in the song is very mature and the punk drum beat and side chain effect along with the strong base sound creates a very new manly side of SNUPER.

Yet it accounts for not more than a third of the song. Personally, I think Sangil (the one who sings most of the lines) is quite talented, even if he sings the chorus in falsetto.
Nevermind though, like you I think the song isn’t a masterpiece (while I do like and enjoy it). The obscurity of the group speaks for itself.

Let's not forget, if you checked many of the line distributions, this song was the most infamous, as Sangil had about two thirds of the solo parts (which technically, sounds like a solo song for him) while Sangho had none, plus the rap parts from the 2 rappers were very short.
