For carnosine, theres edamames, soy sprouts, or green peas. For creatine, well theres no alternative in that, not gonna lie. For iron, spinach and other green vegetables contain ALOT of it, also tofu. And for taurine, theres none vegan food for that too but theres vegan suplements for it.
