I have a small fleet that only has solo ships. I would enjoy getting something bigger eventually, but price is a factor of course. Thank you for putting this list together, it makes me feel better about my choices. As always my Titan is always on your list because it’s the best starter ship. Thank you sir!
Appreciate your videos! You might want to check your $600 portion as it is showing a Guardian QI which brings it over that dollar amount. For what it's worth - All you need for concierge is the $1000 "MISC Endeavor Master Set - LTI" which includes 1 Endeavor, 2 Biodomes, and 1 each of the supercollider, telescope, research, medical, hangar bay, general science, crew, and fuel modules. This set won't be in game until after 1.0 comes out. The current loaners are the Starfarer and Cutlas Red (though the loaners do change as the game develops). Yes, concierge level fleet crafting really does get this crazy! Additionally, the Whales and Krakens are some of the oddest (in a good way) of the concierge folks!
I think what makes a good Fleet is a collection of ships that enable you to cover as many game play loops as possible, starting with your favourite to your least favourite. The fleet should also be comprised of ships you don't dislike and you can afford to financially support and maintain in game. . For someone who is primarily a solo player, for a $1000 fleet I would go with GLADIUS (Combat), PROSPECTOR (mining), VULTURE (salvage). HERALD (data running), RELIANT SEN (science), LEGIONAIRE (hacking, transportation + Drop Ship pilot). The core of the FLEET would be the TAURUS (cargo, drug running, multi-crew game play, Hvy combat, + vehicle transport). To supplement the TAURUS, I would have a USRA MEDEVAC and a PULSE jet bike. This covers pretty well every game play loop and play style with ships that are effective, cheap to support and maintain, and have quick/cheap reclaim times.
I really like the Connie series but I was surprised by the Aquilla being in the pack. I was thinking you'd lean more towards a 600i explore but I suppose the expense could make it hard to fit in.
I like the focus on solo playability. If i were to limit myself to price brackets, at least up to 500 or so, i would probably opt for ships that secure my ability to adventure around and keep my personal finances up as well. most players can just resort to their orgs ship and crewmate pools for everything past fending for themselves
as a 1000ish spender, i feel like the final pack has 3 of the same ish vehicles. i get that the aquila has exploration but with 96scu of cargo its not a bad hauler either. the max has more cargo but ultimately fits in the same sort of size and almost the same role as exploration isn’t really in game. the c1 has the less firepower and less cargo than the max or aquila. having 3 ships that do more or less the same thing to slightly varying degrees might be fine but i think for the solo player. a better spend would be to invest in 1+ specialized vehicles just to have the day 1 ability to mine, salvage, race or bounty hunt. i would personally have subbed the aquila for a starlancer TAC seeing as its $15 more for a ship with medical beds and the same cargo capacity plus a rover while the aquila can take one or the other. i would have taken the starlancer max and c1 and used that to get a caterpillar, still having $340 left over to get a vulture/prospector and a razor ex to put in your TAC
I’m rly digging your content. And to go on with the endless debate about spending money or stay with the starterpack I say go and buy whatever you want when you have the disposable income. When I want to play as an imaginary Idris Commander i don’t want to spend hours flying around in an aurora delivering boxes.
2500. Damn. It’s where I’m at. 5 whole ships lol. Pioneer, Perseus, Arrastra, Zeus ES, and my love, the Firebird. I sat with the Titan and Perseus forever and this year I finally broke. Happy though. Good choices.
The concierge video is going to be great! Although, I don't agree that being concierge means I know what I'm doing... if I did I probably wouldn't be concierge in the first place!
My current fleet is just over the 1k mark mainly focused on cargo and bounty hunting. I am thinking about adding a medical ship for bunkers/medical missions in the future. I have been saving some money on the side to add a few more ships here in the next few months so I am very excited for the concierge video as well
Honestly i just got the taurus for Vaughn misssions and cargo and than did prospector and vulture... For all game loops cover easy and use the taurus to cargo haul the mining or salv for selling and just got the gurdian for daily driver/bounties the rest i just get ingame and never worry about medical ships or anything else i was gifted a C8 medical but i mever use it i just have it as an LTI token
I will say the c2 is one hell of a solo ship, if you can get it to land in these recent patches. At $400, and a price you can find at least one CCU to reduce price, its pretty solid to also do multi-role by carrying ships or Nursas.
You’re the man, thanks for thinking of us solos. I’m gonna try to email you my current hangar to see if you have any recommendations for me going forward given what I have.
Interesting ideas but dno how I feel about it being so focused on all general purpose. Nvr found myself needing multiple different general purpose ships.. cutlass is always my go to. The Connie while a great ship feels like SC's prius.. great to use, great value, does everything well but it's so dull. Personally I would say best daily in price brackets = avenger > cutlass > zeus > corsair > phoenix > 600i.. you should only have 1 of these. Then pick a solo money maker depending on price: Roc > hull A > prospector > vulture. Higher $$$ brackets Then add a combat ship for bounties & pew pew: gladius > hornet > sabre > vanguard / Ares. Then potentially more specialist stuff depending on your gameplay or perhaps redundancy.
ironclad is the flagship of my fleet, will be extremely versatile, plus you can easily park and ursa to make it a mobile base. i also have a c1 and intrepid, but looking to either upgrade to a heavy/medium fighter or a salvage ship to make money early game
Small hickup at 600 pack, vulture is a qi. At the higher points would seek to have a vulture or mining ship. Just to avoid going off planet every so often.
game package, mustang upgraded to titan for 75 + intrepid upgraded to nomad for 75, and a connnie aquilla I got at a discount for 235 total cost of 385, I have stayed with those and made money ingame for the other ships I like, gladius for dog fighting, ursa medivac to change the ursa i have in the aquilla for squad play, c8r for doing bunkers solo, vulture and prospector to change things up
My fleet was built by chaos, the plague, really working the CCU game, and a lack of sell-control. 🤣I do try and limit the _quantity_ of ships that I have since I can only fly one at a time.
My fleet is arguably the envy of most players as it covers (nearly) all available and future gameplay. It will be interesting to see what the future holds😁
awesome video as always, but i feel as the I refuse to go concierge pack could be tweaked to get some industrial game play out of it. starlancer max, f7c mk2 (and if you have golden ticket, f7amk2) instead of f8c, drop down from aqulia to the taurus (for cargo hauling gameplay), you could add the vulture, and then could add the nursa or the medical pisces for medical game loop. just my thoughts.
Yeah good choices. I think I stayed away from industrial as much as I could because I think people who prefer a certain industry could just delete the ship they dont like and add in the industry ship they do like.
always good video, i just feel like the last pack have a bit too much repetition by having 3 cargo all rounder ship when it could get an industrial ship instead
I might agree but the options are limited when you're trying to fit within a price bracket. The only ship I would replace with an industrial ship in that pack is the C1 and that would put us over budget by at least $30. Remember these are just my best ideas for fleets. These are my best ideas for fleets with a price limit.
75 of $100 - Earn it in-game fleet $75 Avenger Titan starter pack, all-a-rounder / daily driver (Can grind cargo guild rep) 190 of $200 - Upgraged earn it in-game fleet $125 Cutlass Black starter pack, all-a-rounder / daily driver (Can grind cargo guild rep) $65 C8-R, medical game play, respawning for bunkers (Can grind science guild rep and law or criminal guild rep) 295 of $300 - Professional on a Budget Fleet $75 Avenger Titan starter pack, all-a-rounder / daily driver (Can grind cargo guild rep) $65 C8-R, medical game play, respawning for bunkers (Can grind science guild rep and law or criminal guild rep) $155 Prospector, profession starter (Can grind industrial guild rep) 495 of $500 - The Grinder Fleet $275 Constellation Andromeda starter pack, ultimate all-a-rounder / daily driver (Can grind cargo guild rep, maybe racing guild rep, and law or criminal guild rep) $65 C8-R, medical game play, respawning for bunkers (Can grind science guild rep and law or criminal guild rep) $155 Prospector, profession starter (Can grind industrial guild rep) 600 of $600 - Utility With Style Fleet $125 Cutlass Black starter pack, all-a-rounder / daily driver (Can grind cargo guild rep) $475 600i Explorer, medical game play, respawning for bunkers (Can grind science guild rep and law or criminal guild rep) 700 of $700 - Take it with you Fleet $60 Cutter starter pack, all-a-rounder / daily driver $65 C8-R, medical game play, respawning for bunkers (Can grind science guild rep and law or criminal guild rep) $575 Liberator, transports cargo, personnel, ground vehicles, & small ships (Can grind cargo guild rep) Hopefully these suggestion fleets can provide ideas for higher budgets. Every fleet meeds one game pack. If you are willing to even dabble with the upgrade mini game, I suggest starting each chain with a starter pack that ends with a bed. Progression will revolve around grinding reputation, so with every vehicle try to cover a new guild to work. I also suggest being able to solo everything in your fleet, because you can always be a crew member on some else’s multi crew vehicle. Finally, my approach to fleet building, Warranties killed any previous earn-in-game pass overs (especially modules) Thank you for reading, constructive conversations wanted.
I wish I liked the way the Spirit looks, it really does seem like such an amazing little ship for a solo player (which I am) who particularly enjoys cargo (again, that's me). But it's just not for me, no matter how many times I rent it to try it out for a day or two. It's better than the Zeus is though, aesthetically, so I guess there's that haha.
I'm quite skeptical that the Starlancer Max will be a solo friendly ship at all, I think the Connie's are the largest ship a solo player can possibly solo to some degree of efficiency. Personally I would have included the Hull B in a number of these lists as it offers the best cargo capacity for a solo pilot.
I considered the Hull B but I need to see how it works first. There's little to no recent info on it. That being said this is the 2025 list...next year could be different.
@@billionaireninjas Thats fair, they've really been stalling on it with the same excuse that they cant figure out how the cargo will function while landed.
Double duty... Heheh. Wait, the ultimate well rounder had a guardian qi instead of the vulture like you said. The recommendations are solid but these solo packs have a bit too much reliance on multi-crew ships.
@billionaireninjas agreed, at least for now. Later, later, with blades and ai too. I guess I would prefer covering more solo progression starters for variety. Like prospector, vulture, srv, C1/max, some racer, some bounty hunter, etc. If someone is truly solo, they would likely do the meta profession to keep up with the economy so flexibility would be beneficial.
Outside of the unnecessary wing extensions and the dash setup making it impossible to easily view the screens, the Starlancer Max has become my favorite "smaller" ship. Overall, the A2 is the best multirole ship. IMO
So with current issues in game I would not recommend any purchases from CIG due to in game bugs many ship sales promises and then nerfs following sales and lack of decent playability. Hurt them in the pocket books and we will see a return on our investments in game playability and them hopefully listening to there playerbase
If they don't already have access to the game this video is way to advanced for them. The idea is the person already owns the game. If they don't then as you said the avenger titan is 75 and its still in $100 price bracket and the. Everything else is just upgrading from the starter pack.
What am I supposed to do solo with a Zeus MR? it's the slowest interdiction ship with only 2 size 4 weapons solo, in my opinion not even worth to mention that ship.
This list is whack, the Connie Taurus is better than the andromeda and Aquila unless you are doing large org fleet battles and as such all Connie’s should the Taurus (it can carry a much larger selection of vehicles and all you lose out on as a solo player is some extra missiles). C1 and Connie should never be in the same fleet. The f8 can’t PvP unless the skill gap is insane and is wildly overpriced. The liberator should have made the list in the 900 and 1k fleets as it’s a crew of 1-2 and allows you to bring all game play loops with you. Wild misuse of spending when we could have covered so much more in a fleet at these price points. Also my sub 1k fleet with ccu’s is Polaris, Perseus, Banu merchant man, F7a mkii, c1, fury with some extra referrals tokens kicking around (5 referrals and won some prizes for extra store credit to make this possible).
Taurus was mentioned as an alternative. C1 and connie are in plenty of fleets you need more friends... Plenty of people play the game without caring about PVP so an F8C is fine and you're only saying this based a meta that will be non-existent in 6 months. Liberator is too much ship for a 1k fleet because why are you flying a ship shipping ship without a ton of ships...nobody spending flat money without CCU's has a ton of ships. I get it you have a different list that's fine but my list is my list.
@@billionaireninjas Hey I think you misunderstand I mean to provide constructive criticism. My biggest gripe is that at these price points there are too many expensive for class ships. That’s why I mention the f8 as it’s the greatest offender (not to mention exclusive). Connie’s don’t provide enough benefit to be more expensive and imo are strictly worse for the solo player (that tractor beam is most useful solo). Corsair’s instead of Aquila’s would be meaningful at every inclusion. I don’t understand why you kept the individual ship value low as you did, you understood the value to being able to carry snubs and vehicles in the starlancer but didn’t scale it. I was shocked not to see the ironclad at all as it + vulture + fighter of choice (ghost mk2 or firebird) or for $5 more hornet mk2 (90% chance they can turn it into F7a mk2 in 2025) and add a c8r would have been an amazing $800 pack. Liberator + vulture + fire bird+ c8r perfectly 1k. Galaxy would have been cool to make an appearance. Tiers $100-$300 were spot on.
do not spend 1000 dollars buy 1 ships at 200 dollars max an ern it ingame lets say the starlancer max if you really like cargo some mining transport cars an stuff on the ground it cover it all also combat it works fine at 1000 dollars dont buy somthing that you can ern to with in 10 hours cutless black 1.3 million cutless red 1.8 million vulture same you know what i am saying if you need to farm for many many days i understand you want to skip that part you can always melt a ship an fly something els dont Cast money out the window only buy one ship you can use to jump in to other ships from money is easy to make in this game. an will stey so also on release.
@@billionaireninjas as you know you can always melt a ship an get somthing els if you chose to buy a medium ship why i say what i say so you get the hole game loop

Hurt them in the pocket books and we will see a return on our investments in game playability and them hopefully listening to there playerbase
avenger titan so good
Does any of your packages include access to the game? Example: avenger titan starter pack is $75 with game access, $60 standalone.
If they don't already have access to the game this video is way to advanced for them. The idea is the person already owns the game. If they don't then as you said the avenger titan is 75 and its still in $100 price bracket and the. Everything else is just upgrading from the starter pack.
Ah ok, thanks. Maybe they just need a toggle option to get game access with any standalone ship purchase for $15 extra.
My $800 fleet would be:
Dragonfly
Cutty Blaaaaack
Corsair
Reclaimer (yes I solo mine)
MISC fortune me!
Hey, now make a video of Duo Fleet please. And dont forget to add the Liberator xd.
What am I supposed to do solo with a Zeus MR? it's the slowest interdiction ship with only 2 size 4 weapons solo, in my opinion not even worth to mention that ship.
Very ecited for invictus 2025. HOPEFULLY WE GET PERCEUS!!
Don’t see the value a c1 adds if you’re soloing an Aquila. Would get ride of it and replace the f8 with a cheaper ship for a solid money maker
The Aquila is much less maneuverable and cost more to run. But its your money!
Daddy wants the Perseus. the Polaris is too much ship
Wait fun is important ?
I would be under with800 because I’m going with Taurus not Aquila
C8r does not fit in a c1 spirit if anyone assumed from this video
No it does not. Also it has a jump drive so it can go anywhere it needs to on its own. Well as long as its fairly close.
I will never own a C1 intentionally. I state just to drive the algorithm. Well. And to yank your chain.

F8C can be purchased?!!
do not spend 1000 dollars buy 1 ships at 200 dollars max an ern it ingame lets say the starlancer max if you really like cargo some mining transport cars an stuff on the ground it cover it all also combat it works fine at
1000 dollars dont buy somthing that you can ern to with in 10 hours cutless black 1.3 million cutless red 1.8 million vulture same you know what i am saying if you need to farm for many many days i understand you want to skip that part you can always melt a ship an fly something els
dont Cast money out the window only buy one ship you can use to jump in to other ships from money is easy to make in this game. an will stey so also on release.
I'd go farther and say people should only spend $60
Nah. Don't got time to grind just for the game to wipe. Going to spend what i want and and play. Im already 3k deep.
@@billionaireninjas as you know you can always melt a ship an get somthing els if you chose to buy a medium ship
why i say what i say so you get the hole game loop
