I just ordered this on eBay without knowing anything about it and I haven’t found one bad review yet. I’m really happy this worked out and my blind purchase won’t be a disappointment.

I own the V620 and the V630, the V630 is like 3% brighter (you can't even tell the difference) but the V630 fan in 70% louder! Buy the V620, no question about it, you will absolutely LOVE IT💗
Nice review. I actuall just purchased the V600 (Rebranded M18) a few days ago and then discovered this newer model. Would love to see a comparison video. The one difference I see with the V620 is that it cannot display the picture size as big as the V600, which can display up to 300". The V600 does not have to be placed as far away from your screen to achieve a big size. I'd take a guess that the picture quality is negligeable, being the budget projectors that they are and probably made in the same factory.
Hi! Your review was so helpful regarding fan noise level. I am just before my first projector purchase and have been looking at V600. Just learned today about V620 during my Amazon browsing, not even Vankyo official site has any info!! I loved the part where you explained the noise level and why it is important especially for you due to the physical location of your setup because it puts everything into perspective! I will have a very similar situation at my room, my projector will be exactly above the sofa. Thanks again for the good advices, will go ahead and buy V620 based on your reco. Keep up!
Have you noticed wavy horizontal lines in the whole screen area? you are more able to see them in gray shadow images, the more bright it is, the less you see them, I just bought one, brand new, and I thought it was a defective one, perhaps it is just a poor quality issue and not really a defect, but the surface is not smoot, how is it yours?

I just got this Yesterday, when you said the speakers were good..That was a Deff Lie! lol. The image Quality is really good and yes it is Quiet. Not much of an Input lag or any ghosting when testing it out. I did Notice though, that the right side has more White ambient light Spewing through. I seen it on yours and other's reviews as well. Other than that Good review but, the speaker part was deff a Lie lol. Still gonna sub and a thumbs up. Stay true and Humble my dude!
I just got the V630 and I’m in love. The hdmi ports and fan have been moved from the back to the side and the fan is even quieter. The speakers seems better but they are still lacking for what the projector provides. The new look is amazing with the cloth is cool, but I’m worried it’ll be harder to clean, and I can’t find anywhere to buy the vankyo V series air filters anywhere! Which seems to be the biggest problem with Vankyo
What do u have the cilor settings set to on urs bro as i just carnt get mine rite screen always looks green no matter what i do please can u help me with what numbers u have ur color settings on as mines same model has yours but the color is getting on my nerves.
How is the polarize film burn in holding up? I've noticed some inexpensive projectors get a tan spot that darken over time due to the heat from the bulb.
I like the review, you had a lot of good info on the V620. But I wish some reviewers would spend some time on the still picture image quality, in different screen sizes and image sizes. I've been looking for a good low priced art projector, and nobody does the still picture quality part... just video. Still a nice review, thanks.
@@the4thhorseman840 Sorry to say no. but the reason for the interest in still image quality was for projecting the image on an art board for airbrushing. But I've had to put things on a long hold, to care for my handicapped 86 yo mother, so I quit looking and airbrushing for awhile.
Do u own this projector, is it in daily use? What's your opinion on the performance v630? I want to jump on one but have reservations in durability. Thank you love your videos and opinions
Great review Can you please tell me if you know how the lag time is on V620. I'm considering buying the V630 but I hear the lag-time is atrocious most people compared to 30 Hertz. How is the frame rate on this one? Is it 60 hertz solid or is it feel less? Thx

I've never tried the V630, but from what I've seen online, video quality is the same. I believe the real difference is in the fan. The V620 is a little bit quieter.
@@NewStuffTV2 good to hear thank you for the quick response! I'm going to discount my v600 and pass it on to my little brother and pick up the v620 for that lower fan noise. You're right about the v600. It sounds like a hair dryer during quiet scenes lol
My v630 has come today. It is a piece of junk. Input lag. But, compared v630 , my v620 is just so much better and I can play game. . Warning: don't buy v630, buy v620.
Thank you for the review! How is the refresh rate (for gaming and stuff). I have the 510 and considering the upgrade, between V600-620 and 630 (the 630 I've read that while better colours it has an annoying input lag).
@@chriscarswell450 i have try both and v630 image and colors are superior but both have the same default of conception if you use it for more than 3hrs its will burn the mini 1080p LCD screen the ventilation system doesn't refresh enough the screen inside and this projector lack of a temperature sensor there is no warning if it's overheat its done..
The Vankyo Projectors kinda overrated. I have the 510 Vankyo. Very hard to get it focused in my 100 inch Framed in Screen. And my Buddy had the new Vankyo V600 and he had the same issue. I think I would rather spend a extra $50-100 on a Epsion
You are correct, they are very hard to get focused if you do not line up the projector as close to the center of the screen as possible, that's why I emphasize it in the video. If you have to adjust the keystone more than maybe 5 degrees, you will have distortion for sure. This seems to be the case with most of these budget projectors. Another flaw is loud fans. This one seems to hit the sweet spot where it does a good job at picture quality, loudness, and distortion at 120 inches inside of the $250 price point. To get all 3 of those elements perfect in a projector you'll be looking into the $600+ range.
My experience was the exact opposite. I have both of these exact same projectors and the leisure 510 is better than the v620 in every single way except for screen resolution. The sound from the leisure 510 is a hundred times better. It has Dolby surround. The v620 only has treble and bass adjustment for sound settings. It also has a longer throw distance
@@NewStuffTV2 Another issue with these Chinese projectors is the free gifts they give in exchange for 5 star reviews on Amazon, which is why I always click on the 1 and two star reviews first to see whats really up lol.
