If you watch the full video you get all information . Prithivi chock pokhara to muktinath jeep time morning 6 am to 8 AM or 8:30 am.then you not get any jeep to muktinath.
Fare Near 2000 to 2500 Depending on weather.
Take permit from pokhara 1600 to 1800 if you are not a Nepali citizen
