I think it’s quite fast 💨 he was doing 46mph on it the other day, his has got 1200 watt motors where mine is 1600 watt so I have the edge but still great to ride with.
I have the P1 3.0 & the P1 Pro both this years latest models, they’re both amazing machines. I’m struggling to tell them apart really as a machine. Only a few slight differences, the power obviously is increased, with the pro having 1600w over 1200w motors, and the newer centre screen display is much better. Also has the hydraulic NUT breaks over the standard JAK cable version, which do feel much sharper tbf, but the jak on the P1 don’t disappoint anyway so again not really needed but are better. I’m disappointed about all the advertised versions online being mainly from the American market, showing the pro to have 11” 2000w wheels, which is why I purchased the Pro after having the p1 3.0, as they’re both pretty much identical machines I’m kinda regretting having the pro now, wish I’d waited and had the new one just released instead. Pro is also heavier and has less ground clearance, rear wheel angle sits much differently with the trail arm being positioned lower on the battery box, which will surely alter the ride/handling performance one way or the other. Still love them both and would definitely recommend any of the Solar products in the UK purely for their common approach and availability of parts etc.
We’ll have to have a group meet up at some point buddy. Would love to come for a trip out over yonda and put some miles on my Solar’s. I’ve got the P1 3.0 & the P1 pro atm.
