I still can't get rid of thought that this man is using tiny chopsticks for tiny food.

... chances are, he's using them like forks or not eating them at all. there's no way you're using those things. they're way too small for the size of the food and trying to eat with them, while possible, would be like trying to eat with the tail ends of needles and that is just plain unpleasant. plus they're too small for his hand size.

No, Chinese New Year always starts in February
The Tibet or Buddhist New Year always starts in februrary.
But chinese new year started already a few days ago.
Tatiana Hart Chinese New Year doesn't always start in February. Sometimes it starts later or earlier. Like this year it started in January. That's why some people can, for example, be a horse even if they weren't born in 2002 (2002 was one of the years of the horse) as long as that person was born before the new year starts (which is different every year) they can be a horse. I just used that specific animal, but this can happen to anyone, not just the people who are horses if I didn't make that clear
