What is flip

You need to “move” patients so they don’t develop bedsores. They quick name this a “flip”. In nursing home, patients should be flipped every 2 hours.

B. Nurses who use Snapchat, tiktok, insta or other social media at work or about their work are clearly not meant to be working in any capacity for the medical profession. You lack integrity.
