@@apanda As someone who was bullied when I was very little for something relating to my looks and still to this day (I'm 24) considers plastic surgery every single day, yes, it IS that deep. I can literally remember exact conversations being had about me that happened 13 or 14 years ago and it still haunts me. People might act like stuff like this is "not that deep" or it won't seriously affect someone's mental health, but trust me it does no matter how tough you are.
