ALL parties communicated the situation was resolved enough to keep everyone on board. she also changed the leadership and other key staff, believing that would cultivate a culture shift of the entire enterprise. she also owned up to the fact that she should have stepped in directly rather than leaving it up to HR and direct reports. she made some missteps but dont act like she did absolutely nothing or that she isnt answering CTG's questions smh
