Monica and Meech! Everything was Beautiful! The fruit looked like Monica made it handmade. The decorations were Awesome; I loved your color choice. It was nice to see new faces; I had never seen Meech's sister before and you got a pic of Dylan. I wish we could have seen more of Meech dancing, lol...he was cutting the rug.

Monica, I know you haven't been feeling well. I also have not been well, so I started eliminating salt and sugar from my diet. I also only eat when I am truly hungry. I was eating one meal a day. Then I realized I was fasting. My lab worked revealed that
the inflammation in my body was close to normal levels. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis so that was amazing to me.
I just felt that I should share this with you. (We are what we eat, lame but true) Blessings.
And that is a fact. Eliminating bad foods that are not good for your body systems. We must watch what we eat. My neighbors uncle change his way of eating. Stayed with it. Holistic doctor. His diabetes went away. His numbers are so low. No more diabetes medicine. Lost weight. He said no more bad diets. Bad food not good for you. You are what you eat.
Dee dee 4975 so true about the right foods to eat to get rid of illness in your body. The choice is yours. With the most highs help.

Hey Monika the setup for the 4th of July is really nice I can just imagine how tired you being and all that you go through. I used to do those kind of things myself in my home every fourth of July every Christmas every Thanksgiving it had got to be so much I had to let it go myself so I can understand why you don't want to do it anymore but you were the best host ever every time you did do it. I'm hoping you feeling well hun because I know this took a lot out of you and it was so sweet of your best friend Dorcas to come and help you with all of that prepping because it was a lot. How was watching Dorcas on her Channel helping you and I can just imagine what you both were going through because that was a lot of prepping Dorcas did so much to help you out and that was so sweet of her you don't find too many friends like her she's a keeper just saying. But now that all of this is over you should get you plenty of rest you should at least take a good week off and rest because that was a lot even though you had a lot of help with dark is you still need a lot of rest for yourself Monica take care of yourself you're such a sweetie pie to do that and invite people into your home but it's now time for you to take care of you don't ever forget you come first take care of yourself Monica you have done enough I love seeing all your videos but I want you to be in the best health you can be in so take care of yourself now love and when you get that good week's rest go and get your feet done and just sit up there and relax while doing it sometimes that helps take care of yourself love and sit back and smile and say yes this was the best Fourth of July but now it's time for me to rest just saying.🦋🤍💞
