This Is why We Africans should Specifically Build and Have Commercial/Office Building.. Possibly Skyscraper Buildings...At least 300/500 per state...So that Residential Homes Won't be Getting Re-Arranged .. Re-Designed Into Office or Commercial Building

It’s so in planned cities. Urban areas have the office buildings, warehouse space and important buildings. The residential areas have the skyscrapers with selfcon, 1 2 3 bed. Then also has the penthouse. Then the private residential areas has the duplex and mansions.

Possibly It's Time for Real Estate Developers.. Sellers..Dealers... Designers to Start Focusing and Building May be 100,000 to 1,000,000 or 5,000,000 Skyscraper Buildings Per State...Cuz It will Help Shape Office Focus...
