    i appreciate you guys checking these out. i honestly didn't expect many to watch this one but its a very important skill. i love the support guys it keeps me bringing these tutorials

    Something like back drop and kick-out with half or full twist =)

    I had trouble with these at first but once they clicked they CLICKED and they heeled with the 3.4 back in terms of spotting for the open to my front drop out of the back tuck. Your videos are AWESOME!!!!!

    I have always called these "back flop flips" and I find them quite easy but I just can not get over the fear of doing a backflip

    i think at costco for $150 a couple years ago. its a 15 foot diameter. i'm sure you could find something similar online though
