Problem of all the bloody cakes I can find in europe is not much the size, but for example a 16 shots like this is shot so quick in 30 seconds. I wish there was slow cakes like this that shoot every shot with an interval of 5-10 seconds like yours.

In China, can you purchase 4" shell cakes like this one without a special permit or license? Can regular ordinary people as members of the general public get 4" shells, 5" shells or larger that are not professionals that live in China? If yes, what are the biggest size of Fireworks cakes or aerial display shells consumers and ordinary people can get at a fireworks store or retail fireworks dealer? In the United States, regular unlicensed people can get shells up to 3" and no bigger.
In Poland you get up to 8" shells on the market 365 days a year, although it's illegal and it actually gets more and more difficult to get any KAT.4 fireworks since EU is working against that.
Well since a few years the rules have been changed in china first you could buy every category but now is f4 only for professional use but if you are lucky you can find some on the black markets or dealers
