Thanks for taking the time and detailed demo/explanation on changing the fluids on LX2610. This helped me a lot!
You bet. 200hr coming soon 😎
Thanks, nice job !!!!
Thanks for watching
Thank you for the very detailed and thorough walkthrough. The filter part numbers were extremely helpful and I too could not find the 2nd one on Amazon otherwise I would provide the link for you to include.
Thanks for the feedback Shawn I appreciate it. Happy Bota’Ing.
Thanks for posting! Super informative!
Glad it was helpful, I appreciate you watching!
Nicely done. I like that you do percise measurements when refilling. Those factory filters are on very tight and the yellow dipstick makes it extremely hard to see the fluid level on it. I did my 50 hour service awhile ago. I had completely drained all of the hydraulic fluid, front axle and transmission at 50 hours. It's just me and it's not required as per manual so I am disqualified from your least amount of fluid lost challenge. I did post a video doing it on my channel. Have a great day!
next time you do a filter change on the hydro try the vacuum trick by putting a small shop vacuum in the fill hole on the back of the tractor, this way when you pull the filter you don't lose as much fluid as you normally would
Thanks for the tip.
Good video
Nice job ! Thanks 👍
Thanks for watching!
Owned my tractor 1 year. Ready to do my complete 400 hours service.. that's going to cost me a fortune.😬
Hello, nice video on how to do everything. Great info. BUT, and this is a big BUT, my LX2610 manual says to do this stuff every 200 hours, not 50.
Thanks. Incorrect on the interval, Initial is 50! Then 200 thereafter. refer to page 103 of your manual.
It doesn't matter what filler cap for the oil that you use I use the top one
I'm enjoying your videos. I have to ask though, who told you to tighten the oil filter with the wrench? In my years of changing oil on many vehicles, never done that. Been told not to.
Thanks for watching, I don’t know that anybody ever told me that I guess I just think I want to make sure it’s not gonna come off. I always try not to overtighten, but I wanna make sure it’s on there good.
It's easy to remember your filters obviously the tiny one is motor oil. The next biggest one is hydrostatic or transmission. the biggest one is hydraulic
What is the grey electrical plug used for that you have above the left side of the pto? Winch connection?
Exactly. Winch connection to my battery.
Wow, manual says HYDRAULIC is 400 hours!
