Wow, not only is the result amazing, this is finally a diy for people who aren't already carpenters.
My suggestions would be to buy real Eucalyptus branches and just let them dry. It looks more natural and is long-lasting.

It is literally in the video at 5:54. She used French Oak sood stain from Dulux. But you can probably get French Oak stain from all kinds of brands.
