im just leaving these here so i can do it offline
1. Put on a doubled cap band.
2. Chain 2 bands.
3. Stitch 3 stitches into the chain closest to your hook.
4. Go back into the band next to the cap band and do one stitch.
5. Do 5 stitches into the cap band.
6. Go into the next chain (unstitched) to the left/right depending on which way it is facing you and do 4 stitches.
7. Go into the chain (unstitched again) on the other side of your heart shape and do 2 stitches.
8. Go into the first stitch to the left (that is going up into the inside of your heart), put a band on it, and do a slip knot.

HERE IS A TIP: use a crochet hook if you do not have a looming hook, (make sure it is a smaller size hook!!) you can also bend wire and turn it into a hook! (be careful when bending wire!
