Smoked wild-caught fish and meat is actually thousands of times more popular in Western States. Not sure where you're from but it sounds like you're trying to be city when you're actually just a TV addict. Never heard of someone from NYC catching salmon in the Hudson River and smoking it lol I'd lay off the drugs.
