if i show you some pictures of my car now, you will died! i am just started with the restoration, and in my country it's difficult to find spare parts, but i will not rest, until my car look its like new. and here i always see a KIA SORENTO, that car have the same color that yours, but i preffer yours, the color its like a "Dark Wine". sorry by my english, its very bad

Nice my first car was a KE35 H/top corolla , I had a 5k and factory twincabys. Years later I got a KE55 htop then I fitted my youths dream engine a 2TG twincam lots of fun. I have a KE55 htop and a KE35 htop to restore one as I had the first one the other I'm leaning to the 2.7 Hilux and 5speed or a 3sgte . Time will tell but will do both cars side by side. I also wish I had my corona RT72 coupe great car except for rust
My grandpa's old car. Wish he didn't sell it for scrap though, Would spend the rest of my life restoring and cleaning it out. Other than that, it's beautiful. Might spare me some time telling me the engine specs of this car?
good Day Bro.this is the original engine .Toyota 3KB twin carb...but we only use single carb as of now since its really difficult to find original brand new carburetor, we overhaul the engine and replace most of the parts as original as possible all stock until now.we only add and oil catch to prevent oil from mixing in the carburetor to keep a smooth acceleration.

Remember seeing those old Toyota’s driving around in the eighties. Very similar design to the Mazda rx4 of the same era. A rare car to see these days.

yes mine is a1978 model....Toyota Corolla SR KE35 was release in the philippines from 1973 up to 1979,and we are from cagayan de oro city.
