Ive listened to Hardtsyle both old and New and still listen to either when they play on my ipod and i have no problem with either. The only way artists can expand is to experiment and find what works these Tracks are not like that older tracks but thats FINE because hardstyle is going to change and im going to support it.
I think the anthem of this years Defqon is one of the best produced songs out there at the moment. So much going on it. You just know that the guys had fun making it.
Ok so this is a long shot but here we go! The sound from around 3:57 to 4:11 reminds me of another song but i can't for the life of me remember anything more about it other then that sound tickles a memory. Does anyone have ANY suggestions on what it could be ?
what most of the guys here forget is dat willem the one is who brought hardstyle to the world!! thanks to him people don't confuse it with hardcore anymore! thanks to him people understand what hardstyle is!! and why not make those remixes for other great DJ's the songs dont get worse and it's the next big thing in his career!! i thing we should support him and not hate on him!!!
Most people don't realize that Hardstyle has been around for about 12 YEARS now... How many genres do you know that constantly produce new music are around that long and DON'T change their sound? It's been over a decade people!
damn guys chill out! hardstyle is not being ruined, it´s brought forward by guys like headhunterz. It´s just right that it is evolving. And if you don´t like the direction it is going to, stay stuck to your all-so-great old raw hardstyle tracks. i´ve been listening hrdstyle since 2006, and i think it is as awesome as it was then, it´s just a little different. And that´s allright in my oppinion.
Love on Reignite, that melody is going straight to my heart, Headhunterz i know how all hardstyle producers is having a difficult time right know, but you still enjoy your work and never dissapoints your fans! You should be the owner of Scantraxx without talking bad of Dov, but he has loosed hes grab on the scene and are just enjoying what he has gained, well that's fair enough, but we need a Artist in the lead which can move Scantraxx even more! Loves from Denmark, see ya in 5 years! ;)
Why is everybody crying? Because that's what people tend to do when something they really enjoy changes or is complicated. If you were comfortable with your original house and were told that it would be changed around to a way you didn't like it, you would be upset even if you were told to get used to it. I listen to other music, but I loved Hardstyle in it's prime. It's not even the commercial part that is killing it for me, it's that the "HARD" in hardstyle is only produced by few nowadays.
After eleven years, this is still the best episode of hard with style. The music is so good and unique.
