Thanks Kevin, you’ve helped me out so much by showing stuff to look for at sales. Because of your advice I bought a collection of 42 different Stephen King Books a few weeks ago for $70. I sold one book for $125 and the other 41 have all been just extra butter on the bread!
Omg, I had to pause this video to leave this comment, that "Sons of Arthritis" T-Shirt, omg, I laughed out so hard ahahah, and your reaction as well Kevin!! hhahahahahaah that is ace.
That Totoro plush is worth good money. The large ones are hard to find. They look like they’re available on Amazon, but it’s a Chinese company and they never ship. I would’ve bought it off of you if you picked it up.
I attempted to use one of those knee crutches-what a nightmare! A person needs to have excellent balance, coordination, and thigh muscles. I about broke my other arm trying to stay upright!
@@CommonwealthPicker Yes, you are one of the nicest pickers I watch, and I watch a lot of them. I love how you give all the dogs so much attention. 🐕 God bless you and your family. 💜🦝
I had no idea that other colleges did big sales like this. I just went to one at Lafayette college last weekend. I didn’t want to deal with the madness and went late and missed out 🤣 I’ll have to fight the madness next year
That crowd around that box reminds me of this guy at one of our flea markets up here in Pennsylvania. He drives a van. And everything he brings to the flea market is in banana boxes. He opens the door and people rush the hack of his van and they carry the boxes out and sit them on the ground and root through them. He doesn't have to unload a thing. Its quite comical to watch.
Invicta watches - expensive new, but resale was horrible back when. The college kid sale look like Commonwealth Picker territory. PS - Free is my favorite price point too!
My wife has 6 of those Pokémon ball thingys, I showed her your finds and she was surprised that something from her childhood was worth money, welcome to my world I told her.😂
Wow that collage sale had a starter like the masters. Also with the grass seed, look for perennial seed. The annual will leave you forever patching the same spots.
I like the way that you kind of fold the shirts, etc, when digging thru piles, even if you don't buy it, and when you do, you don't just jam them in your bag .
It's business. My opinion is, the store was throwing them out and they cut the tags off so that they can't be returned. In other words, they may have come from a dumpster.
I cut the tags out of my hundreds of T-shirts! I know that’s forbidden in the reseller world but they are so rough on the back of my neck! Some are made of some kind of stiff flocked paper that feels like fiberglass and some rayon or polyester tags are cut off with a hot wire and the edges that leaves behind are razor sharp, and they have drawn blood on me!
those young guys were so polite and happy! great sellers

It was super cute!
The box of army men were CASH!
Enjoy your videos.
Great videos! Keep them coming

Love your vid’s. Great seeing good buys at flea markets and any other sales.
That was some free for all over the hats etc in that booth! Those fellows with the bag and the shirts were great!

Jazz band was on point!
Excellent video!
I know that young boy was happy you stopped by. He was packing up and you spent $65!
Plant people love the ashtray stands for plants! ❤
My plants just use the regular ashtrays.
What made ya not try to bundle in those old toys w the boots n ashtray?

They are all going for their PHD and then they’ll become a reseller! Sound familiar? We’ve all done it! 😂
I like the way that you kind of fold the shirts, etc, when digging thru piles, even if you don't buy it, and when you do, you don't just jam them in your bag .
The university students were selling the stuff local but are closing their operations instead of going online?
Man, Kevin, being a little gimped, I couldn’t go into that crowd! I move so slow I have a fear of being trampled to death! 😅
You are a brave man! 😁
Awesome video ❤
Did you get the table that had the squish melons on it?
Nope
Kevin who’s picking that banjo in your opening?❤❤❤You need help with that addiction you have.😂😂😂😂
I thought that baby flash tee shirt was the cutest thing .
First! Huge fan man learned so much thank you

What do you do with items that don't sell, let's say within 3 moths?
keep them listed.
It was a feeding frenzy
You missed gund bears. They are either snuff or snuffles.
I was shocked that my toddler bear was a Gund.
Why not grab the other Air Force 1s, they sell well
Dude the metal Rambo lunchbox was the last metal lunchbox they made. You totally should have grabbed that one sir!
Comps vs price don’t agree.

Yeah if there asking a high price it's definitely not worth it. It would look cool on the wall of the Commonwealth cabin.
pleeeeeease tell me you picked up that studio ghibli jumbo plush 🤗
No. I don’t know what that is.
That’s crazy , everyone grabbing stuff from the same bin
Wow you can pay up if you have to. Impressed
Wealthy people just trying to get rid of stuff are usually the best ones to go to.
I've been to plenty of wealthy yard sales where they're trying to make their money back on everything they're selling.
@@jkhooverand usually they don't negotiate 🙄
@@andrewdobosz3682 Estate sales where "our client said" are the worst for that. Even when they have an item priced 4x higher than it should have been.

Everything they own is priceless. They overpaid because they bought retail at the start of the season…
I guess the plush table didn't take your offer.
Nope
@@CommonwealthPicker What was their asking price? Considering the squish didn't have tags I'm gonna guess they probably wish they had taken the offer.
Its always funny hearing older people gripe about other generations.

Who sells their graduation regalia?
I sold mine. Better than hanging in a closet for 50 years and my kids selling it

Is that Death Pile Picker with you
Never heard of him. 😉
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Tax at a yard sale is wild
His 9th birthday is on the 29th he'd be so happy I can take a picture so u know I'm not lieing ❤

@@jerrieklenk5708 doubtful, as they are all different. It's just someone's collection that they realize got out of control.
