I didn't known the feeling I was having was a thing. I been watching asmr for 8 years but the feeling I got all my life from things like getting my hair brushed or watching people talk quietly and slow. When I was a infant I lived watching the joy of painting my stomach would get all butterflies and I'd tingle all.over and feel nice and sleepy. Remember when asmr came out and I was like aghhh so that's it. Make up tutorials are the best for asmr .
i found monika blunders videos and watched her do makeup tutorials and then only found out what asmr was. thank you to makeup tutorials

I learned how to do contour from this video of Kim’s. Her describing it as a 3 made it really easy to do and remember and then a couple of years later did my own makeup for my (pandemic) wedding and people were complimenting me asking who my makeup artist was!! ❤️ So thank you for this short, but super helpful tutorial!

You need to get Retin-a from a dermatologist. It clears skin and keeps you looking young.
Her diet is amazing. A healthy diet is one of the best ways to get pcos under control. She stays away from sugar.
