There should be no statute of limitations regarding attorney misconduct imo but i'm a nobody and ya gotta be a somebody that decides who get$ and who doesn't
its unfortunate that so many judges rule by there political leanings then by the law, and so many will never be punished for these acts unfortunately our judicial system is corrupt so the people that should be watching and punishing these judges many times do nothing well peoples rights are trampled on
The referee recommended disbarment in 2014 and this hearing didn't take place until 2023. That's absurd!

On May 8, 2023 the supreme Court issued an order of disbarment. I think that the information on this page is incorrect.
Same with personal injurys at work.what i went through nobody helped me nobody cares
